Edwin is my shipmate. I think I'll be allowed in... I just have a healthy appetite, is all. But I'd love to have some katsudon delivery... what's it like?

It's delicious. It's a rice bowl with pork and sauce and other goodies on top. I was introduced to it while I was living in Japan. It's my Yuri's favorite food. I suggested it to Edwin Jarvis in part because I was thinking of him, and then he ended up here so now we can eat it together.

He has a lot of delicious foods on the menu. It's probably one of my favorite places here so far.

I'm really glad he's having success with it. He seems like the kind of person who likes having a job to do.

Me too. I was thinking of trying to open my own business here, it's good to see someone do something they like and do it well.

What kind of business?

Well, the ideal would be a skating rink in which we teach people to ice skate, but I doubt that will be possible. Perhaps a dance studio instead?

A skating rink would be great! We could probably figure something out on one of the bigger ships for that.

That's what I was hoping! Yuri and I could manage it and give lessons too, for anyone interested... The ice can be very romantic too.
