There is a wedding on the planet. You may know this because you were invited to this wedding by this little guy and it's a lovely ceremony! You can watch the couple get married, wether you know them or not, the whole fleet was invited.Even if they don't know you either. 

Noctis was in all black and he was beside himself, the time had finally come and after seeing his beautiful bride he couldn't look away. The music was soft yet appropriate. Luna was beaming, holding onto Shiro's arm down the aisle until they were together and holding hands. The vows went on as if in another room. Noctis couldn't quite focus on them, he was fighting getting sucked into Luna's orbit and just kissing her prematurely. Distantly he heard his cue to repeat after the offician and he recited his vows word for word. Umbra had their rings ready for them. When he put Luna's on her finger he felt a tear spill down his cheek. He couldn't stop smiling. The officiant led Luna then and Noctis hung on every word. Her voice was melodic and soft. Then he had a ring on his finger and he felt himself crying again. He just looked at her, he officiant left them through the end, announcing it was over, they were married.

Noctis didn't wait for any cue, he pulled Luna in close and dipped her as they kissed.

They were laughing and crying and holding each other tight. They were in their own world for the time being. But the RECEPTION starts now. And that's what everyone really came for. There's alcohol, food in a buffet, and cake . Those of you at the cake tasting with them may notice the flavor you recommended is available as a donut! All of the suggested flavors are availalble, it was hard to decide who didn't get their favorite and what ONE flavor to make an entire cake out of. It didn't sit well with either of them. 

Also sparklers  There is a table with a few gifts on it, but it contains a large display of long sparklers with matches and a bucket of water saying "Please light up our night!" 

SO Have at the reception everybody!

There is a: Dance floor with music booming, a buffet with delicious food and CAKE, There is BOOZE of all types and it's just flowing with no signs of stopping, and sparklers! Also dancing with the bride..... or getting a photo with the couple!

[Once they're on the balcony, he gives the inside where they came from a glance. It's hard to see them from here, and no one seems to be paying attention. Good.

Again, Lance extends his hand. You have to take it this time, though, Keith.]

Let me show you how it's done.

[tempredmental]

[Keith looked at Lance's hand again, hesitated, but then finally took it.]

Fine...

[He stood facing Lance, visibly tense, like he was waiting for someone to jump out from a shadow or something and surprise them.]

This isn't going to work if you act like the Galra are about to attack any minute. Relax, Keith. Listen to the music. Follow my lead. Breathe.

[He steps closer and takes Keith's other hand, placing it on his own shoulder, before reaching down and putting his hand on the other teen's waist. He'll be leading this dance, obviously.

Lance starts slow, wanting Keith to loosen up a little bit first, because right now he's as stiff as a board.]

[tempredmental]

Yeah, yeah. I'm fine.

[He said it quickly, the words coming out rushed in his nervousness. He was anything but fine.

Keith looked down at their feet as they started moving, not quite trusting his instincts on this, yet. This was just not something he did on a regular basis. He had no confidence in this, which was his reason for not wanting to be seen doing it. He didn't want anyone to see him screw it up.]

[the_tailor]

Hey. Look up. You're going to trip if you keep staring at your feet. Just...

[A pause, and he gives his hand a little squeeze.]

Shut up and trust me.

[tempredmental]

[But... he was watching where to put his feet...]

How am I going to tri- [He cut himself off when Lance said that. He quirked an eyebrow and actually huffed a tiny chuckle.]

Alright fine... but if we do trip because I'm not watching where I'm going, it's your fault.

[the_tailor]

Focus on me, not your feet. Listen to the music.

[He picks up the pace of the dance just a little once he feels Keith getting into the groove a little. It's strange, honestly; he never thought he'd end up at a wedding hall, dancing on a balcony with Keith of all people. More importantly, he never thought he'd enjoy it so much.]

[tempredmental]

[Keith closed his eyes a second, and took a deep breath, letting it out like a sigh. When he opened them again, he didn't immediately make eye contact, but he didn't look back at the floor, either. He wasn't an amazing dancer, but he could follow movement really well and mirroring Lance's motions once they got into sync with each other was actually kind of easy. In a way, it was almost like feeling things out to make Voltron work, but with just the two of them, and no robot lions or fighting ro-beasts.

So, yes, Lance... Keith actually could dance if he let himself relax and got out of his own head. For someone who was extremely confident in his ability to fly or fight, he had a lot of insecurities when it came to other activities he didn't do as often.]

[the_tailor]

There. That's not so bad, is it? Dancing with me?

[He gives him a smile--a very genuine one. There's none of the overconfidence and bluster that Lance often puts on, and he even looks a little nervous himself. This is just Lance.]

[tempredmental]

[Lance's question got Keith to finally make eye contact. There was definitely uncertainty in his look.]

It's fine.

[It wasn't Lance, really, that he had the problem with. It was... other things. But he didn't really know how to express it.]

[the_tailor]

[The smile drops just a little, and he glances somewhere off to the side. He can see that uncertainty in Keith's gaze, and of course the first thing he's thinking is that Keith's lying to him and that it isn't fine.]

If I'm making you uncomfortable...

[tempredmental]

[Keith was lying, but probably not about what Lance was thinking. He wasn't fine. He was uncomfortable, and awkward, and felt really out of his element. The whole party had him on edge, and he would be much happier just going back to his corner and waiting it out until it was over by leaning against the wall alone.]

No...

[He frowned, seeing that Lance had picked up on it.]

You're not.

[His voice was low, serious, and he was being completely honest. It wasn't Lance that was making him feel awkward.]

[the_tailor]

I know parties really aren't your thing, and I totally won't blame you for it even if I'm the complete opposite. But I just, uh, I'm kind of...really not minding us dancing?

[Lance, the smoothest guy ever.]

I just hope maybe part of you doesn't really mind too much as well?

[The SMOOTHEST.]

[tempredmental]

[Keith sighed a little.]

I said it was fine, okay?

[He looked down.]

Look, I'm just not... yeah. It's the whole party thing, really. But this really is fine. It's quiet out here.

[Lance wasn't the only smooth operator here.]

[the_tailor]

[It's a really good thing no one is hearing this all, honestly.

Lance spins them around, expression brightening up again. He's about to crack a joke like of course it's fine, you're dancing with the best dancer in the building, but decides against it.]

I guess the quiet isn't always that bad. ...Thanks, Keith. Really.

[tempredmental]

[Hopefully, no one was...

Keith looked a little surprised at the sudden spin, but kept up with the movement easily enough. He managed a small smile at Lance's comment about the quiet.]

Yeah. It's kinda nice, actually.

[the_tailor]

[He decides then and there that he likes those small smiles. Mostly when they're directed at him. What, he likes it when people are happy with him, that's all.]

Maybe I should give you some dancing lessons sometime. You might be better at me when it comes to fighting, but I've got some skills too.

[You know it's serious when Lance actually admits to Keith's face that the red paladin is actually better than him in something.]

[tempredmental]

[Suuuuure it was...

Keith shook his head.]

That's fine, really. I don't need to learn more. I don't plan on making dancing a habit.

[Though, Lance's words sunk in after a bit.]

You're not a bad fighter, you know. [Sure, he could do with a little more polish, but they were all improving a lot since they'd started this weird space journey. Keith had to give credit where credit was due, after all.] You've gotten a lot better.

[the_tailor]

[Huh. Keith compliments. Another rarity. Tonight's a lot more of a surprising night than he ever thought it'd be.]

I, uh, thanks. I didn't want to fall behind or be a hamper to the team or anything.

[tempredmental]

[Keith considered that for a moment.]

None of us do. We all know there's a lot at stake. We just have to keep working at it and getting better.

[It had been a lot to put on them, really. They weren't the greatest bunch of candidates, and they all had things to learn and deal with. But, somehow, it worked. But luck would only get them so far, and making sure they kept improving was important. Keith stopped the dance for a moment, making sure he had Lance's full attention.]

Look. I meant what I said during those dream things. We don't always get along, but we still make a good team when it counts.

[the_tailor]

...We really do.

[And he's kind of proud of it. He gives Keith's hand a squeeze, grinning at him. They'd all put a hell of a lot of effort into things, and he was glad that their rag tag group had gotten so far as it was. And extra happy that his own efforts are noticed.]

[tempredmental]

[Keith gave Lance a small smile back, but, after a moment, he let go and poked him lightly in the chest.]

Alright... you got your dance. Happy?

[the_tailor]

Honestly? Yeah. I'm hoping you didn't have a miserable time either.

[He pokes him right back.]

[tempredmental]

[Keith chuckled a bit as Lance poked him.]

Yeah... It was nice.

[That Keith thought it was nice. That Keith was thanking him. It's still a little surreal to Lance. But a good kind of surreal, like a pleasant dream you can't really recall all the details of.]
