There is a wedding on the planet. You may know this because you were invited to this wedding by this little guy and it's a lovely ceremony! You can watch the couple get married, wether you know them or not, the whole fleet was invited.Even if they don't know you either. 

Noctis was in all black and he was beside himself, the time had finally come and after seeing his beautiful bride he couldn't look away. The music was soft yet appropriate. Luna was beaming, holding onto Shiro's arm down the aisle until they were together and holding hands. The vows went on as if in another room. Noctis couldn't quite focus on them, he was fighting getting sucked into Luna's orbit and just kissing her prematurely. Distantly he heard his cue to repeat after the offician and he recited his vows word for word. Umbra had their rings ready for them. When he put Luna's on her finger he felt a tear spill down his cheek. He couldn't stop smiling. The officiant led Luna then and Noctis hung on every word. Her voice was melodic and soft. Then he had a ring on his finger and he felt himself crying again. He just looked at her, he officiant left them through the end, announcing it was over, they were married.

Noctis didn't wait for any cue, he pulled Luna in close and dipped her as they kissed.

They were laughing and crying and holding each other tight. They were in their own world for the time being. But the RECEPTION starts now. And that's what everyone really came for. There's alcohol, food in a buffet, and cake . Those of you at the cake tasting with them may notice the flavor you recommended is available as a donut! All of the suggested flavors are availalble, it was hard to decide who didn't get their favorite and what ONE flavor to make an entire cake out of. It didn't sit well with either of them. 

Also sparklers  There is a table with a few gifts on it, but it contains a large display of long sparklers with matches and a bucket of water saying "Please light up our night!" 

SO Have at the reception everybody!

There is a: Dance floor with music booming, a buffet with delicious food and CAKE, There is BOOZE of all types and it's just flowing with no signs of stopping, and sparklers! Also dancing with the bride..... or getting a photo with the couple!

Don't forget the reality show part of it. I don't think the Garrison covered that in their program.

[Of course, the GG didn't cover piloting magical lions either, but details. Just accept the dumb joke, thank you. He playfully nudges her again.]

Does that mean you aren't going to dance?

[Pidge snorts, playfully rolling her eyes.] Yeah, they're going to need to make some modifications to their curriculum.

[Of course then Shiro has to go and ask that of her, and it makes her sort of fluster for a second.] What- Who, me? No no no, I haven't danced since I was young enough to just step on my dad's feet.

[padadin]

I'm surprised you didn't hack in some modification of your own back then.

[He can see it now: only peanut butter cookies for breakfast. The mental image of little Katie dancing on Commander Holt's feet is simply adorable, and Shiro can't stop smiling at it.]

You're still young enough to step on my own feet.

[pidge_out]

I thought about it. Didn't wanna be too obvious, though. [She's grinning up at him, and there's a mischievous glimmer in her eyes that suggests she's not necessarily joking.]

Young enough, I don't think so. But- I guess compared to you, I'm probably small enough.

[padadin]

[A chuckle.] Do I want to know about those "too obvious" changes you thought about?

[He knows that grin, okay, recognizes those mischievous eyes. And of course, he remembers the stories from Sam and Matt. Pidge would probably have been kicked out of the Garrison too, she only happens to be smoother than Keith.

And now Shiro is grinning a bit, too.] Is that a yes to dancing with me now?

[pidge_out]

[Her grin just grows a little.] Life might be easier for you if you can plead plausible deniability.

[And then she lets out a resigned sigh (that's really all show and no feeling) as she gets up to her feet, tucks her device away, brushes her hands over the seat of her pants, and then takes a single step closer.] That depends. Am I required to look like I know what I'm doing?

[padadin]

I didn't know the possibility of my life getting easier was real, where have you been hiding it? [Hello morbid sense of humor, it's been a while.

He shakes his head, but he's still smiling - obviously a fond gesture. What is he gonna do with all of you, oh dear pseudo-siblings of his? Chuckling again, he does as she did: puts the tablet away and stands up, offering his hand right after.] You're only required to enjoy yourself.
