There is a wedding on the planet. You may know this because you were invited to this wedding by this little guy and it's a lovely ceremony! You can watch the couple get married, wether you know them or not, the whole fleet was invited.Even if they don't know you either.

Noctis was in all black and he was beside himself, the time had finally come and after seeing his beautiful bride he couldn't look away. The music was soft yet appropriate. Luna was beaming, holding onto Shiro's arm down the aisle until they were together and holding hands. The vows went on as if in another room. Noctis couldn't quite focus on them, he was fighting getting sucked into Luna's orbit and just kissing her prematurely. Distantly he heard his cue to repeat after the offician and he recited his vows word for word. Umbra had their rings ready for them. When he put Luna's on her finger he felt a tear spill down his cheek. He couldn't stop smiling. The officiant led Luna then and Noctis hung on every word. Her voice was melodic and soft. Then he had a ring on his finger and he felt himself crying again. He just looked at her, he officiant left them through the end, announcing it was over, they were married.

Noctis didn't wait for any cue, he pulled Luna in close and dipped her as they kissed.

They were laughing and crying and holding each other tight. They were in their own world for the time being. But the RECEPTION starts now. And that's what everyone really came for. There's alcohol, food in a buffet, and cake . Those of you at the cake tasting with them may notice the flavor you recommended is available as a donut! All of the suggested flavors are availalble, it was hard to decide who didn't get their favorite and what ONE flavor to make an entire cake out of. It didn't sit well with either of them.

Also sparklers There is a table with a few gifts on it, but it contains a large display of long sparklers with matches and a bucket of water saying "Please light up our night!"

There is a: Dance floor with music booming, a buffet with delicious food and CAKE, There is BOOZE of all types and it's just flowing with no signs of stopping, and sparklers! Also dancing with the bride..... or getting a photo with the couple!

[He knows which hand it is that he's just kissed. He knows what she can do with it. He's seen her memories. They haven't talked about it before now, but this is his declaration that he doesn't care. Daemon Lord or not, he knows what kind of person that she is under her bravado and anger.

And she deserves to be treated kindly by those close to her.]

[And now's the time to force her to at least talk to him about what they've both seen about each other's past. It's beyond time.]

[Looks like she's not going to be able to just ignore calibrations any more.]

[Not really a complaint. Just a statement of fact. He knows what it can do now.]

[Did she really think it was possible? Did she think he was going to ignore it forever? It's not as if everything she saw of his own past is pleasant, but he knows that her own is a point of contention for her. Best to get it out of the way, as he did with Hermione.

However, Velvet requires action, not talking.]

I do. But I also know that you control how dangerous it is.

[He stands up straight but keeps her hand in his own.]

[She glowers at him. For a moment she looks positively sullen. She knows he's not trying to insult her, but she is being called out. And these things are difficult to talk about.]

I can control myself just fine.

[Even knowing exactly how dangerous she is, how determined to gain revenge against the person who forced her to become who and what she is, Ignis cannot help but stand here under the weight of her irritation and still find her admirable.]

Then what I thought still applies. Unless you plan to do me harm, which I doubt is the case, I am as safe in your presence as I was five seconds ago.

[But that's not really the point. Unfortunately the point is actually hard for her to articulate.]

I would like to think so, yes, but that hardly negates the fact that this is a part of you, just as your other arm and legs are.

[And whether she cares to acknowledge it or not, he's not some terrified weakling of a man either. He won't shrink back because she can potentially hurt him.

Besides, he knows she won't. Because he has seen her be able to control herself around a great deal of things that he cannot say that he would be able to do so.]

If you would like to dwell on this subject, I'm sure that we can have a lengthy conversation that will get us full circle but will boil down to the fact that I know that you are not a woman that needs to be saved and I am not a man who is offended or intimidated by that.

[He cracks a small smile at her.]

[Honestly, it hadn't even occurred to her that he might be intimidated. She probably wouldn't get along with him particularly well if he was. The problem is more in her head, honestly, which she's starting to realize, since she can't actually articulate it.]

[Having the hand that turns into a man eating claw kissed is still surprising, though.]

[Either is fine with him, but he's never really been one to show his own discomfort.]

[Mostly because talking is proving difficult right now.]

[He takes her hand once more and heads out to the dance floor. There are benefits to not really giving a care about what others think for small periods of times.

He can regret his actions later.]

[Velvet isn't really inclined to worry about what others think of her in general at this point, so this is fine. She doesn't see anything wrong with it. She goes with him.]
