[Here's your brand new security guy! Wolfwood's been poking around the Twin Roses in a very similar manner that he's done on his prior ship, the Huntress. He's noting the differences and similarities, but mostly, he can be found at his bunk, sequestering himself as he goes through the very first throes of nicotine withdrawal. He's. Tetchy.]

[Vash COULD be nice and use some of his savings he has to stock pile some cigarettes for his best friend.

Instead he'll be "nice" and leave a box of nicotine patches as well as a box of donuts (so Wolfwood knows who left the items) on his bed.

He would give them in person, but Vash feels this is the best way to avoid being snapped and possibly snarled at.

They come along with a note saying:

Don't give up!
You can do it!

Of course it won't be hard to catch Vash leaving the room or around the ship should the former priest wish to comment on his "gifts".]

[Chuuya sits on the ceiling and stares at Wolfwood -- Sit on the ceiling as in he is upside down, yet everything he is wearing sit as they should. Including his hat.]

Oi. You a new guy or are you seeing someone?

[He's only briefly startled by the fact that the guy was upside down. More because he was around at all than he was being physically impossible. He's seen some shit, but hey, ]

Name's Wolfwood, security's my augment. I'm guessing you're part of the crew here as well?

[He decides to extend a hand to shake, no matter how awkward it was going to be. Why the hell not?]

Ahh! Another in security!

[Chuuya jumps to the ground (holding onto his hat! gotta protect his precious trademark) and shakes Wolfwood's hand.]

I'm Chuuya Nakahara, part of the crew in security as well! Pleased to meet you, Wolfwood!

Oh! Hello!

[The other security guy! Good, he had a couple questions. His handshake is firm, and his smile is sly and lopsided. He looks to the door, before leaning in with a conspiring smile.]

What'd Vash really do to deserve that dent in his door?

[Chuuya is surprised by this, but the fact that Wolfwood seems like he's questioning Vash already is a good sign to him.]

One evening I had a bit much to drink... Fixed myself a sandwich to eat but the booze made me fall asleep before I could eat it. Next thing I know I'm rudely awakened by Vash being loud as hell for no reason, then he steals my sandwich. And to make matters worse, he repeatedly told me to make sure I wash up before going to bed. I don't know why I listened to him at all, but I did and I found he drew all over my face. Do you know how annoying that was to wash?!

[He huffs!]

So I went after him to kick his ass and he tried to run away by hiding in his room! But if you think you can hide from me, you got another thing coming! And trust me, it was more than a dent to his door!

See, the way I heard it from him is that you stole his sandwich. I'm just assuming he claimed it after he saw it abandoned. That's just how he is. I'm sure he fully deserved what you did.

[What a good best friend, right? Wolfwood slipped his hands back away and went to flop back down on his bunk.]

Just take it easy on the big guy, all right? If he fucks with you, come to me. I know how to mess with him probably better than anyone.

[Wolfwood gets better and better! It sure will be nice having someone on his side of... Vash things. Learning how to mess with Vash is suddenly a Very Important thing.]
