1. Art

Who: Jinx Halcomb
Broadcast: Network sound
Action: the Marsiva
When: Sometime before the shuffle!

[Jinx had decided the best way to entertain herself would be to make Art. And she couldn't take apart any of the people here, they would very much be Noticed as Missing. Not enough of a crowd around to hide the disappearance.

Instead, Jinx is taking apart a Machine.

It is significantly less satisfying. At least she managed to get some grease out of it eventually. It took shoving her hand in and wiggling it about. At the moment, she is meticulously removing wires and arranging them on top of the speared grease to create a meadow scene in 3D. She may have started broadcasting white noise in order to simulate air rushing through grass.

And possibly to see how many people would notice.]

[what the fuck why is the network making that noise. why. is it broken. it's coming from something with an open network channel so he sends some words at it.]

what are you doing

[though he tries to ignore most of the drivel that constantly pours in over the network, this actually catches his attention. being that he's always desperate for some peace and quiet on his crowded little ship, this is actually... really nice.

he can get a lot done with this playing in the background. he finally feels like he can focus.

it wouldn't be coming from nowhere, however. and there's always someone on the other end of these things. so, eventually he sends an experimental text.]

is anyone there?

[nunnally listens for a time. the sound of work has a soothing quality to it... almost like listening to white noise. After a while though, she grows curious]

Is someone on the other end of this line?
