[When the feed comes on, it's absolutely Sokka's forge in the background, but the person in the foreground is pretty damn different. Still, as soon as he opens his mouth, he is absolutely still Sokka. There's no growing up out of that, clearly.]

Sooooo, that sure was two years worth of growing done in one night. That was a fun twist on the upgrades there, thanks Atroma. I personally feel spoiled. You shouldn't have.

[Yep. The sarcasm is strong, it's still Sokka. He plucks at the Drift Fleet jumpsuit he's wearing with clear distaste. It's the only thing that fits him right now.]

So, on the off-chance we don't go to a fun system with shopping next and instead go back to a horrible nightmare planet seen as that's in vogue right now- I might need to get someone who can actually sew clothes to maybe rescue me from this Beige Hell. Please.

OH! That reminds me. I got some interesting intel from our cavalry last month - if you wanna know about that kinda of stuff drop by the forge. I'd rather not talk about that over the network because of the whole Atroma's always listening thing. You get it.

It really is. What's worse is that they don't know how to get home. They've just been stuck here, she said she's been here for about ten years now, including everything.

[That means, to her, that they need to figure out more about Atroma. They hold the answers. They brought them here, and they know how to get them back.] And they've learned nothing more about Atroma?

It really is. Whatever tech Atroma uses to get us here in the first place is all in their control.

Not that I could tell. From the sounds of it, they avoid Atroma as much as possible- probably want to avoid getting caught again, I guess.

I suppose I can't blame them, but that's going to make their quest to get back home all the more difficult. We've come across places and people who know of Atroma, so there's information on them out there, somewhere.

There is. I don't think they've given up, at least not yet. Honestly, she just sounded tired more than anything.

After ten years of being on the run? I would be as well. Did they ever offer an explanation as to why they attacked us awhile back?

They were trying to cut us off from Atroma, I guess? Given the Nebulas essentially cloak us- seems they were trying to show us how to avoid them, if we needed to.

By shooting at us? I try not to judge, but I feel like there had to be a slightly better way than going about it like that. Not to mention it puts them on Atroma's radar, so to speak.

Yeaaaaaaah, tell me about it. I'm still a little iffy on that battle plan. But eh, I guess if they couldn't speak to us directly, they didn't have a lot of options at the time.
