The woes of coming from the warm Tevinter climate is that he has absolutely no tolerance for cold or the lack of humidity. That being said, he is in desperate need of warmer clothing. Silk, as it happens, is not good for insulating. Despite rubbing his arms and the shivering, he is determined to find a coat that isn't some cobbled together monstrosity. He still has standards, Maker help him. He can be found either window shopping or picking through racks in a store looking less than enthused. ]

B;; But the fire is so delightful [ One of the better places on the planet that appeal to Dorian are the cabins that offer a warm hearth, a good view, and comfortable places to read. He can most certainly be found curled- or at least sitting- in one of the cozy chairs, his nose in a book and a long-forgotten and once-warm drink on a table near his elbow. Care to join him or pull him out of his reading? ]
C;; And since we've no place to go [ Finally armed with a coat that he's deemed acceptable, he can be found, or even caught, shopping for gifts for others. Or at least debating between some options. It's been a long time since he's given someone a gift, he feels a bit like grasping at straws. Maybe your character runs into him as he's just starting, spending entirely too much time looking at artisan soaps. Or perhaps later, arm laden with bags as he walks with shoulders hunched and scarf drawn around his face as he makes his way to the next stop. ]
