[The camera clicks on and is pulled back to reveal Ochako, with Fie behind her. They’re seated on a sled, and once Ochako has the comm where she wants it, she taps first the sled, then her clothes, and then Fie’s shoulder, and reaches up to grasp the rope at the front of the sled, hands braced on the wood frame.]

Okay, I’m ready! Are you ready?

Yep.

Right. Here goes- Collab move Shooting Star, attempt #1, counting down! 3… 2… 1… GO!

[There’s a sudden rush of movement as they push the sled off the hill, and together they go down, down, down, down. Ochako twists the camera around to show the view, and at the base of the hill there’s a… cliff? Yeah, that’s totally a cliff that they’re careening towards with no sign of stopping. They’re picking up speed, actually. Closer-- closer--

At the last second Ochako twists the camera around again. She’s laughing, and the sled pitches upwards as they go flying off the edge.]

Blast off!

[The cliff behind them vanishes - no, explodes, a burst of fire and splashing fluff stretching out behind them - and off they go, soaring through the air at record speed. A flying sled.

Yep, that just happened.]

Hmmm... I can't decide if sensei will say we're being innovative or reckless. Probably both!

[half his class loves explosives in one form or another, so it's kinda hit and miss.]

He'll just be upset he missed it. [Fie no.]

Oh look, there goes the lodge. [The one they borrowed the sled from.]

[willynilly]

Ooh, you're right! Hey, the skiers are watching.

[She leans over the side and waves. The sled wobbles a little, since she's pretty much the only weight on it now, but thankfully doesn't tip over just yet.]

[sylphid]

[To steady it, Fie leans over the other side to wave from there, flashing a V for victory.]

I think one got sick watching us. Cool.

[willynilly]

Seriously!?

[Ochako ducks back a bit from the edge, warily peeking her eyes back over. She's not nauseous yet - this weight's nowhere near her limit - but she doesn't need the visual to kickstart things prematurely.]

I'm sympathizing with ya, buddy... hang in there.

[sylphid]

He'll live. If he can't handle seeing this, he shouldn't even be trying to ski.

[Life lessons, man. She points down to the left.]

Bears.

[willynilly]

[Ochako's happy to switch her gaze, expression shifting into a smile.]

I didn't know there were bears here... they look so tiny from way up here! This is a great way to sight-see.

[sylphid]

I wonder if I could hit one with a snowball from here... [It's wishful thinking either way, seeing as their load is light and without decent projectiles.]

[willynilly]

Awwww! Poor bears.

[She's giggling, though. It's mean, but just imagining the befuddled expressions on those bears from up here... yeah.]

Maybe if we aim the sled over towards those trees, we could shake some snow down? That's almost as good.

[sylphid]

You think? We'd lose speed, and anything I use to get more might scare them off.

[Not that she's saying no.]

If we push off the tree, I can keep us in the air and we can get far enough away that it might not scare them!

[assuming the snow doesn't scare them first.]

[sylphid]

Let's go for it.

[Fie's already leaning forward in anticipation.]

Hee, okay- hold on tight!

[Ochako leans again, this time twisting the sled in a direction that guides them, still wobbling, back towards the trees. They do lose a bit of momentum, but she's not especially concerned. They're high up enough that the bears don't even seem to notice them yet.]

[sylphid]

[Fie's keeping an eye on their targets, used to this with years of stealth and combat training.]

Down and to the left. [She keeps her voice low to not alert the bears of their incoming presence.]

[willynilly]

[Ochako merely nods, guiding the sled as best as she can through the air until they pass over the tip of an especially tall tree. She reaches out to grab onto it, and the sled swings around as the momentum still carries it forward. She maintains her grip, but- ack-]

F-Fie, grab it...!

[sylphid]

Got it!

[She grabs it in such a way that causes them to turn around the tree again to keep from sailing past. It also allows her to grab enough snow to make some snowballs!]

I got some. Swing by again, and we can both take shots.

[willynilly]

Niiiiiice!

[Ochako does as requested, holding onto the branch a bit longer to slow their movement more, allowing them to hover over the unsuspecting bears.]

Shooting Star part two: Shooting Stardust! In three, two, one...!

[droppin' those bombs, heck yeah!!]

Bombs away!

[The poor bears have no idea what's happening as they let out a startled growl/roar and look around. Fie reaches over and gives her friend a high five.]

Success.

[willynilly]

Woo hoooooo!!

[THROW YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR LIKE YOU JUST DON'T oh god she's falling off nevermind holding on again. good thing she had that rope.]

They don't sound too happy, though. We should probably get moving again.

[sylphid]

[Fie just wobbles with the sled, not overly concerned about falling.]

Can we get back to the tree? Pushing off from there'd give us enough distance to safely use a grenade.

[SAFETY FIRST!!!]

[willynilly]

Yeah, hang on, just lemme-

[She taps her own shoulder, bracing herself and puffing out her cheeks, and uses the rope to float herself away from the sled just enough to grab the peak of the tree closest to them.]

Got it! Give it a good pull!

[she would pull but she's trying to hold in her lunch, sorry.]

[sylphid]

Sure.

[Fie gives it a good yank, allowing the sled to fly towards Ochako, who Fie expects to hop on as they sail past after a good shove off.]

Here we go.

[Another grenade is used to blast them away from the tree and sail off towards who knows where.]

[Ochako shrieks in delight as they fly, one hand clutching the rope for dear life, the other pitched into the air to feel the wind. What a rush!]

That never gets old!!
