Oooh, [Sorey hums, turning around in his seat to see how she'd put it on.] So the buckle f- [THE COASTER STARTS BEFORE HE STRAPS IN] Augh! Okay buckle first! [SCRAMBLES and gets himself locked in as they climb the first hill, WHEW]

[ She squeaks again when the coaster starts!! Suddenly she's a little nervous!! But in a good way!! Because this still seems fun!! But also ???!! ]

Aah! Oh my gosh! Did you get strapped in okay up there?! -- Oh my gosh, look how high up we are!!

[ Thaaat's pretty dizzying... Not much time to think about it though, because they're rounding over the top aaaand down they go!! Cue Escha screaming! ]

[DELIGHTED YELLING

Sorey of course flings his hands up into the air, doesn't hold onto the harness even once. THIS IS THE BEST. The coaster isn't even a particularly crazy one; only one loop-de-loop but this is the fastest he's even gone except when he's been flying but this is funner than that because he doesn't have to do anything!! THIS IS THE BEST]

THIS IS THE BEST! [he attempts to shout over his shoulder; it's hard to move around enough to see his partner in crime, but hopefully she's not getting sick or anything. HE CAN HEAR HER SCREAMING AT LEAST????]

[ Escha, meanwhile, has one hand on the safety bar, and the other trying desperately to keep her hat from flying away!!

Screaming turns into excited laughter once they reach the bottom of that first hill!! And she just gets more and more into it as they go, laughing and yelling too! ]

WHAT??

[ yeah sorry bro she can't make out a word you're saying over the roar of the train, but it sounds positive - and here comes another series of twists and turns, so she's probably not gonna get clarification just yet!!

At least, not until they finally pull back into the station, slowly, and she's clapping her hands, out of breath, but smiling. ]

[Sorey is likewise pretty jazzed, giggling breathlessly as he checks to make sure his earrings didn't like fly off or something, twisting in his seat to try and look at Escha over his shoulder until the harnesses unlock and he can push his up and unbuckle his belt.]

That was so great! Oh man- oh man, we should try all the other ones too!

Yes! Okay! let's do it! I bet they're all just as fun as this one!

[ She hastily unfastens the belt, pulls up the harness, and pulls herself out of the car, still feeling like she's up in the clouds! She waits for Sorey, practically bouncing in place. ]

Which one should we try first? I think there are a lot! Does this place have a map? Or should we just start walking and ride them as we go?

[ 'Cause there's like at least 2 others they can see from where they are now - who knows how many more there actually are! This is so exciting!! ]

[Yeah Sorey is a little unsteady on his feet, wobbling into her a bit as he gets used to solid ground again.] We should definitely look for a map. There were a couple places near the front that had all these pamphlets, maybe there's a map in there?

This is so much fun! I though it was kind of creepy and scary at first, but now it doesn't seem so bad...

[ Like yeah it's still creepy but flying down the tracks at crazy speed is actually kinda fun, and at least takes the mind off the creepy aspect of a completely abandoned fun place. ]

[Oh hey thanks buddy, reaches over to pat her shoulder when she steadies him and then pushes off to walk on his own. He's good, he's good.] I know what you mean! I've never seen machines like this before, but that was so fun. I can see why people would build them now.

Me too! Although, being at the top of the hill is still really scary for a second... but once it gets going, that totally goes away!!

[ She gets a little starry-eyed~ ]

It's hard to imagine someone building something like that in my hometown, but if they did, I bet it would make people really happy.

Ohhh my gosh, you are so right. Now we definitely gotta make it so we can remember stuff going back home! I wanna build the first metal fun machine! [my legacy]

That sounds amazing! You should definitely do that!! .... Ohh, maybe I could figure out how to make all of the parts using alchemy! That would be perfect!

Oh, um, alchemy is a way to make things - either by transforming something into something else, or by combining different items to create something new!

Yes! Actually, medicines are some of my favorite recipes - there are so many ways to make them even better, and sometimes, you can even end up with something completely different!
