More than a few individuals have suggested as such, one of them your friend. [The Mikleo kid.] I can't find him on the surface or the other ships. I have to conclude he's somewhere we can't reach, but still within the limits of the Fleet.

...though I suppose he could have been forced into a pocket of subspace or a parallel dimension, but I'm not capable of searching those as I am.
