He's pretty sure Loki meant what he said; wanted to find out things for himself, was tired of being jerked around. But if Loki truly hated his brother, they wouldn't be in this ship together. At least, that's how Cas understands it.]

Thor rests his chin on his fist, looking away from Loki at last. It will not go down well if Loki thinks they're talking about him.]
In the end, that's his choice to make. I cannot make it for him. ...I am just glad that he chose to come back.
[Thor doesn't imagine it will be forever. The days of certainty are long gone. He doesn't so much trust his brother as hope he will be able to again, someday. He would be lying if he said he wasn't grateful to have Loki around now, though.]
