A - Doggy takeover

[ Lunafreya is not a competitive person. Mostly. And yet somehow she has found herself decked out in Starstrikers colors, although she's donning more silver than black. But she is not the only one -- her two furry companions, Umbra and Pryna also have black and silver bandanas tied around the bottoms of their left front legs. To be fair, Luna isn't in this for competition, not really. She's in it because she's having fun and so are the dogs. It isn't often that her most beloved canines get to be normal 'dogs', after all.

Come join Luna and the pups for some frisbee. The dogs are eager to run and jump after any disk that goes flying, or a ball for that matter. They will be more than happy to bring it back to you and sit patiently for you to throw it again. That's what Luna's been doing for the last few hours.

They can do more than that, though, of course. They can do the whole sit, stay, roll over, play dead thing, too. But Luna thinks that's cheating considering they are messengers of the Gods... well, fun is the whole point in this anyways, right? ]

B - Failure on ice

[ If you are visiting the more snowy area, then you may notice a certain Oracle who is very much attempting to ice skate. The keyword here is attempting. There are so many things that Lunafreya is graceful in, but unfortunately this is not one of them. Her home of Tenebrae got snow and ice during the winter, yes, but she was never allowed to go and skate or play in any of it considering she was in captivity, and even when she was allowed out and about, it was for duty, not play.

But today isn't about duty, it is all about play. Even if she's making a fool of herself as she squeaks and flails embarrassingly and makes the attempt to stay on her feet. She... may need a helping hand here. At least her dogs are cheering her on from the safety of the sidelines. ]

C - Rest and Relaxation

[ Iiiiiit's bench time. If chillaxing is more your thing, it just so happens to be Luna's, too. She's sitting on a bench sipping at a small cup of water, just taking in the sun and enjoying the weather. Umbra and Pryna seem to be ready for a rest, too. They are sprawled out in the grass, basking in the sun and snoozing away. Luna wouldn't mind some company, of course... come join her! ]

[ Aerith is having fun wandering around and taking in everything - it's what she tries to do with every single new planet that they come across each system. This one is better than some of the others, no haunting singing or screaming or messages that makes her feel uncomfortable and on edge, and she enjoys being able to stretch her legs and find something to allow her to be at ease and happy.

The fact that Zack and Cloud are happy just makes it all the better.

Spotting Luna - and the dogs, of course - and comes over to settle down beside her, beaming. ]

Good afternoon.

[ The dogs take notice of Aerith as she approaches. The familiar face has their tails wagging and their heads lifting, and when she is close enough they both stand to happily greet her. Luna looks up and then smiles brightly... here's a sight for sore eyes. She hasn't seen Aerith in ages. ]

Good afternoon, Aerith. How have you been? It's been quite some time, hasn't it? [ If she recalls correctly, the last time she'd seen Aerith was... on that hideous planet full of cannibals. It's... a very nice change to be able to have a proper conversation without the threat of being violently murdered! ]

[ It's almost too easy to reach down and lift her hands to greet both the dogs, a smile on her face as she scratches them both, behind their ears and under their chins, smile brightening at their wagging tails. They remind her a little bit of Red, but she'd never say it - she's not sure if he'd be happy or insulted by the comparison, even if it had been so long since she'd last seen him. ]

I'm very well, thank you. It's really nice to see you again. [ She tilts her head up, looking around at the planet across the way. It's obvious that she's happier here. ] How are you? Is everything going well?

[ Umbra and Pryna are so pleased with this attention. Their tails thump loudly against the grass as they lean into her hands. The way they stare up at Aerith, it almost appears as if they are smiling, too, with how they pant and the way their eyes sparkle. Attention starved, clearly. ]

I am glad to hear that. It's wonderful to see you as well. Everything has been going alright... I went home briefly, but I am very glad to be back. [ It hadn't been so brief for Lunafreya... but everyone insists it was only three months. She smiles again and finishes off her water, crumpling the little paper cup and tossing it into the nearby recycling bin. ] How have things been on your end? Did you visit any more unsightly planets? [ There's a brief pause, before she turns her gaze up to the sky. ] What do you think of this one so far? I find it rather nice, personally... though I had no idea that people could be so competitive.

[ They're adorable, and it makes her wonder, for a moment, what it might be like to have a pet of her own. Would Zack and Cloud allow it? Would she be allowed a little puppy, or a kitten to keep? She's not sure. ]

I'm glad to have you back as well. I think there were a few people who missed you while you were gone. [ Cloud was definitely one of them. How much has he spoken to her since she came back? Does she know about her relationship with him and Zack? It always seems so strange when she tells someone the first time - especially after she first admitted it and everyone was so shocked. ] The planets have been okay since then. There was one where all the people were gone, but... We made the best of it. That's what we always do.

[ Turning her head, she smiles. ]

They have something to work towards. I think it's wonderful.

[ These two could stand to have a new playmate.... ]

Thank you very much. I am glad to be back... and I am very grateful for this second chance to be among friends once more. [ Everything at home had fallen into chaos after she got back, and she hadn't had the time to really think or... remember a whole lot about the Fleet. But then the world had been saved, the darkness driven from the star, and that was that. And now... she is here. Again. She's not had a chance to talk much to Cloud, or to anyone for that matter -- and she's still trying to catch up on events that have occurred during her ten year-- three month absence. ] That's very good, then. The planet with the missing people... ah! I arrived shortly after the Fleet arrived there.

[ And Noctis had been so happy that he'd thrown a small 'house party' just to be lazy and trash the place, but her OCD had kicked up and she'd cleaned it all up before the place had a chance to reset anyways. ]

I'm glad that you and everyone else have remained relatively safe. This particular system seems very peaceful as well.

[ Something to be extremely grateful for, honestly. ]

I do, too. Even with all of the rivalry, I have not seen a single argument or falling out. It's quite refreshing, isn't it?

[ Something to talk to her boys about... ]

I think we're all glad to have you back. It might not be the best for you to be back here, but... We're glad to see you again. [ Aerith is well aware that the fleet isn't the best thing for everyone - there are lots of people that hate it as much as she herself is growing to like it. Of course for her and Zack it's a second chance at life which, she thinks, not everyone can appreciate or empathise with, not really. ] So it's not been a very long time, then? I should have come to see you sooner than this! I'm sorry.

[ She feels a little guilty that she had been so wrapped up in her own things that she hadn't even considered it. ]

It's nice to be on a planet where things are safe and normal, for the most part. The competitions are silly, but they're fun too, right?

[ Do it.... ]

That is very kind of you, Aerith. I cannot imagine a better place to be. I am very happy to be here with you all, too. [ Luna's fate and her duty have come full circle, her star is free of darkness, and her world is ready to rebuild and start again. She is... unfortunately but fortunately forever with the one she loves. There is nothing more to do at home but sit and wait for Noct's friends to someday join them and perhaps watch the world build up again from where they are in the beyond.

She is tired and her soul is very eager to rest finally, but she is also more alive than she has been in the last ten years. Not to mention that despite the events at home, a very young Noctis is still here as well. This, combined with the fact she is able to experience both good things and bad things with the companions and friends that she's made here make this place worth it to her.

She offers Aerith a bright smile and places a hand against her shoulder. ] Don't be silly! Everyone is busy, and I should have made an effort to come and see you! Ah, I do have a question for you, though. Before I went home, Cloud mentioned to me that you like flowers... this is something you and I very much have in common. I was wondering if you would like to help me collect different seeds and flowers from the various planets and systems we visit to start an exotic garden?

[ She shouldn't feel guilty at all. Luna had been extremely preoccupied with attempting to console a very upset Noctis, and just... attempting to reassure him that yes, she is in fact back, and she isn't going to disappear on him again. She thinks. ]

I agree. It has been an amusing stay, to say the least. And these two have very much enjoyed it. [ Umbra and Pryna bark in unison, as if to sound off that yes, they've had a marvelous time as well. Luna reaches out to pet the dynamic duo, and their tails wag once more. ]

Did you join a team too, Aerith?

[ ooc; I am so sorry for the delay, hon! I've been fighting a massive tooth infection, my cat got sick and died, and it's been a mess. Sorry! ]
