[The scene is set, as it is usually set, in Tyrion's engineering laboratory aboard the SS First Breath. There are his weapons, some complete, some in stages of being put together. There are his terrariums, that are going strong with their varying greenery. Some are vegetables, others are flowers, some are just odd looking alien plants that Tyrion wanted to see if he could grow.

What Tyrion appears to be working on now, is a Very Fancy Looking Airmask. He is screwing a stronger air-filter into place, as he speaks to the camera.]

I do not suppose ... I could interest some people ... into coming down below with me? I can promise you better equipment than what they are offering, and for much less the going price.

[Mis-match eyes lift up, and he smirks.]

Let's just say I'm interested to know what makes this fog so very special.

No. But...do let me know how your trial proceeds? I've heard some intriguing things about old cities hiding down there in that mess. Perhaps I can help refine the design, if needed.

Felix! [Tyrion grins, delighted.] I would love your input on my design plans.

I suppose I could come visit and look over what you have so far, if you'd like. Without some analysis of the mist itself I'm not sure how we know what we are trying to filter, however.

Aaaah, that is the second part of my plan.

[He turned around and picked up one of his terrariums.] I want to capture this mist and have someone do some tests on it. See how viable it is as a power source ... and why it might cause so many reactions in people.

Well...it isn't magic, that much I can tell you. Beyond that I haven't the faintest idea, though if you succeed, I might suggest involving someone from one our ship labs. Power source or not, it seems like something that would be more in their Atroma-given realm of expertise than our own.

I agree. I just have to find someone interested enough to bite, and I shall be happy to share the mist with whomever wants to play with beakers, or what have you.

I can't say the properties of it interests as much as being able to ignore it in favor of finding out what makes this place tick, so to speak.

Well, the Captain won't let me bring the mist aboard ... so we're going to figure out how this place ticks.

[Felix smirks] I admire your problem-solving. In the meantime, I'm taking in what culture they have to offer here - the theatre community is healthy, in the very least - if there's any minor supplies I can get while I'm here, let me know.

I do like to see to thoroughly solving a problem before moving onto the next one. [He smiles.] For example, I am taking this mask out for a test run before I go diving into the deep dark.

[He brightens at that.] Ah yes, would you see if they have a supply of charcoal available? I need something to help with the solvency of the filters.

I imagine that would be easy enough to obtain, even if I have to visit an artist's supply to do it.

Excellent, I will need it in large quantities. Would you like to help me test the masks on the upper levels? I need to test saturation levels.

I imagine it'd be best to not conduct any trials of this nature on your own.
