[ Generally speaking Daryl doesn't do broadcasts, if at all avoidable. He's not the chatty type, and he doesn't trust the prospect of an audience.

But everyone's got their limits, and he needs answers. ]

This ship broken or what?

[ He doesn't appear upside-down... except that above him is the floor of his room on the Tourist, and his hair's kind of... floating. So, okay, he's just holding the camera the right way while hanging somewhere near the ceiling.

It's unnerving, which means he looks pretty ticked off. ]

Probably not. They're not like... massive bursts of flame coming out of them. They're designed as maneuvering thrusters for repairs on the outside of the ship, so they have to be really precise. They don't give a lot of push.

[Keith smiled a bit, but not in a mean way.]

I've used 'em before if you need a hand with it.

Just sayin, outside the ship's a lot bigger than inside.

[ and for the record he is never going there if he can reasonably avoid it. He's not afraid, but he knows his strengths, and he's pretty sure space-walking isn't among them. ]

Well, yeah... but you wouldn't use them on full-blast inside.

[Keith smirked a little, and then nodded at the question.]

Yeah. I've been out in space for a couple of years now.

Ain't much of a thing where I'm from.

Yeah. I've noticed that quite a few people aren't exactly familiar with space travel or haven't really done it much. There seems to be a mix of that here.

I mean, there's astronauts and all. [ Or there were. Skip that detail. ] Not somethin' most folks get to do, though.

Yeah. That much is still the same. Not everyone is in the Galaxy Garrison back home. And, even with that, my team and I were a different situation. The Garrison hasn't gone outside the solar system. It's kind of a long story.

[He shrugged a little.]

But, the offer still stands... you know... if you want help.
