He still doesn't pop up in front of the video, but Bucky's voice is a little quiet as he speaks. Almost like he's standing outside the door. ]

All right.. I know I don't make these often, but I need to formally address the Atroma...

[ Aaand he steps in front of the feed and is... a lot smaller than he should be, and has such a big scowl on his face. ]
