Action - Starstruck Hangar, Iskaulit Gardens, Starstruck Bridge

Who: Furiosa and you!
Broadcast: n/a
Action: Starstruck, Iskaulit Gardens
When: Now until the end of the month of September

Three years is more than enough time to establish a routine, and by now Furiosa's pretty settled in hers. She didn't need much sleep, start her day with some coffee and looking through the network, catching up on who's new and who's left and who has possibly gone batshit insane (either on their own or with Atroma's assistance).

Hangar

She works on the shuttles, making sure they're well-maintained. It's much easier to do here since the fleet isn't constantly engaged in raids, battles with bandits and buzzards, or hauling ass along the Fury Road.

Catch her while she's grabbing a wrench or wiping grease off her hand, or when she's elbow deep in the bowels of the shuttle.

Iskaulit Gardens

She's tending the peach tree. It's flourishing, and she smiles as she picks a peach and bites into it. Part of her time here is watering plants, pruning, assessing the irrigation system.

The rest of her time there is just quiet introspection, sitting in the greenery and looking out the available windows at space beyond. Maybe join her in the silence, or break it, or critique her gardening skills (but she's been hard at work learning the best ways to tend plants since about Day 1).

Starstruck

She's sitting back in the pilot's seat, feet propped up on the console. She's got Max's note with her, thinking back on her time here, and thinking back on the life she left behind at the Citadel. There are some parts of it that have dimmed with time, and other parts that seem like she'd just experienced them.

Gardens!

[While Lance has always found space technology fascinating, sometimes, it's the more natural looking places onboard the fleet that catch his attention more. Being on spaceships for so long now, he craves just being able to see grass and plants again. He visits the small meadow-like area aboard the Huntress every day. Every so often, he'll check out the gardens aboard the Iskaulit as well, which are certainly bigger and more lush.

There's already someone there, and he notices her grab a peach and take a bite into it.]

Guess it tastes pretty good?

I'd love one! Fresh fruit is such a commodity here, you know?

[Lance goes to the tree and reaches up, taking one of the peaches from it. Immediately, he takes a large messy bite, the juice dripping down his face. Very graceful. He makes a little sound of happiness before chewing, swallowing, and wiping his mouth with his sleeve.]

That...holy quiznak, that is good!

Peach...stone? Like a peach pit?

[He takes another bite, this one much less messy. His mama raised him with manners, alright, even if that first bite was hardly as such.]

It was hard for us to get fresh fruit while we were going from place to place even back in my world. Space and all, kind of like this. And even when we got it, it was alien stuff. So I get a little how you feel.

It is nice. Come to think of it, I don't know why that didn't strike me before. Like, getting seeds from a planet and trying to grow them here on the fleet. We don't exactly have a lot of space for growing things, but...

[He hums.]

It might be fun to try.

Gardens

[Hux found his way into the gardens. He had hoped he would find Furiosa there and much to his luck she was there. He had remembered the gardens earlier when she had first taken him there. He had never found his way there again till now.]

I know nothing about gardening, but I can see the pride and hard work that you put into it.
