[Crowley can be found behind the bar as normal. Unlike normal, however, he isn't here to give you a stupid time consuming network game, or pose a stupid drinking game or riddle. It's not a day for that kind of thing.

He manages to remain pretty laconic, uncaring - but today he is anything but. He also has a very large bottle of wine he's already half polished off. ]

So, today marks exactly ten years since I last saw home. Not just being here, of course. Adding in all my time in that fucking castle, too. It's a fart in the wind, time-wise, really. I've had longer naps.

[He's always been very vocal about not missing home. Hell is back home, recovering after the near apocalypse and waiting to see if they find him and punish him for what he did. Aziraphale has always been someone who's shown up once in a while, hung about for a bit and then vanished off home again. But...but, it's been an awfully long time since he last saw the angel. And for the first time in a long, long time, he's starting to feel a tug of homesickness.]

...But I guess ten years still counts for something, huh?

Here? Whatever ship we'd try to break out with would just drag us right back towards the Marsiva once we got too far out. Bit like an invisible bungee chord, you know.

That doesn't sound so bad. Better than turning into a tree, anyway.

Yep. The first time, bad things happened. Like you got in a car accident, or you were kidnapped. The second time, you lost your memories. The tree thing was the third time.

There was always something to keep us in town.

Wow. That's...pretty messed up. The place I was in before this? It would just eventually drive you crazy. Like it would sing in your head until you managed to break past it or you just got driven back to the castle. People managed to make a living out beyond it- but it was a mess out there. No powers. No coming back from the dead. Most people just stayed where they had a roof over their heads.

You could come back from the dead? [Yep that's the part he's focusing on]

Yup. That's a thing both here and in Paradisa. You're usually dead a week here, then suddenly, boom, you're back.

You couldn't do it where I come from originally. Or...at least, regular mortals couldn't.

[jolting]

And the people who come back... they're fine? There's no weird side-effect that lingers?

Apparently they feel pretty shitty after it happens, but that's about it. You'd have to ask around for specifics, it can't happen to me so-

They just feel "shitty". Unbelievable. [Just because he doesn't raise the dead anymore doesn't mean he can't be salty about it coming so easily to other worlds]

What can I say? Atroma don't want to make it too awful. They'd probably lose viewers.

Not anyone that springs to mind. You can always ask around, if you're of a morbid mind to do so.
