[It took a moment for all his memories to mesh together again once he woke up, but Keith sat up slowly once they did. Okay, ha ha, Atroma... Garrison cadet uniforms sucked. He sighed and glanced back over his shoulder to see if Lance had made it back or stayed or just... whatever.
Judging by the uniform on him, too, Lance had gone back, too... or slept through it? Keith definitely felt like he'd slept through it.
And the graphitti on his face indicated-wait...
Keith's eyebrows went up... and he looked around the room. Pidge. Keith knew Lance was going to flip out when he woke up, but, for now, Keith wasn't going to leave Pidge just lying on the floor. He carefully picked her up and put her on the bed. There was a moment of concern at how passed out she was, especially when he noticed the signs of exhaustion in her features. What the heck happened?
Keith headed out to get some water only to notice his own new look in the bathroom mirror. Well then. He just hoped it wasn't permanent marker this time. He started washing, deciding that Pidge could get her own water when she woke up... or maybe just let her and Lance wake up together. That could be interesting...]

[This is probably the only time Keith's come back from a trip home or a impromptu coma in a relatively good mood. Granted, he wasn't exactly bouncing around the Huntress or the Iskaulit like it was the BEST DAY EVER, but he didn't seem as 'emo' as usual.
He could be found at the gym, the obstacle course, getting food, in the Voltron team "Lion's Den", doing his turn at the helm on the Huntress... basically being himself, but less depressed and angsty.]
=====
[It took a few days to really catch on, but, eventually, Keith had to catch Lance and pull him aside. He'd been distant lately, and it was concerning. Ever since they got back, really. He knew it was hard on their relationship to keep getting new memories of them not being a couple back home, and Keith was a little worried that Lance might be considering that route for here in the Fleet, too.]
Hey... [He stopped Lance from leaving their room one morning.] Is everything okay? You seem kind of... distant.

{OOC: Hit me up on plurk

no subject
Gross.
[She swings her legs back over the edge of the bed, shaking her head and all but shielding her eyes so she can't see them.]
Couldn't you wait to get all shmoopy for after I leave the room?
no subject
[And he'll just be sticking her tongue out at her.
There's a lot rushing through his head right now, but this--this is something he can focus on safely for now.]
no subject
Well, we're back, and we're going to be doing this kind of stuff again, so... [He shrugged, leaving that hanging for her interpret as she wanted.]
no subject
[That's her story and she's sticking with it, Lance. It's easier than the alternative, after all.
And that comment from Keith is uncalled for. Pidge sticks her tongue out and makes a face.] BLECH. I should go before you guys start shoving your tongues down each other's throats.
no subject
Nah... I'm not that bad. Gotta keep him in check, though.
[He smirked a bit, teasing Lance.]
no subject
Look, there's gotta be an obligatory romantic and otherwise reunion. And I'm totally not accepting that as an excuse for no hugs. You owe me, gremlin.
[But it's said in a fond voice.]
And pff, Keith, that's a losing battle.
no subject
Gross. You're gonna make me puke on your bed. No more hugs for either of you.
no subject
Well, not if you're gonna be all pukey in my bed. [Keith made a face.] Geeze.
no subject
You puke on it, you clean it up!
no subject
And then immediately pulls them both into a tight group hug.]
no subject
[Well... okay, hug. Fine. He sighed and put his arm around her in return.]
no subject
[Oh okay. Fine. He rolls his eyes, but smiles as he pulls her right in.]
no subject
You're both dumbasses and I hate you.
[Because obviously that's how Pidge expresses her love for them. Deal with it.
Then, after another moment-] ..You guys learned things about the future, didn't you.
no subject
[Keith shook his head and sighed. Enough with the gross out talk...
But he hesitated at her question. Well, yeah. They did. If it wasn't obvious by the Garrison cadet uniforms, then it could definitely be assumed by past patterns. Keith nodded.]
Yeah. We did.
[He shrugged a little.]
One thing's probably easy to guess. I uh... I know you didn't tell us anything when it was you, but... I don't know how much you want to know, if anything.
no subject
[And he's just gonna lean down and drop a kiss to the top of her head. As for the other part...]
Yeah, I mean... Stuff happened, but we're in a good place right now for the most part. I don't really know how many details you wanna know.
[He gives a shrug as well.]
no subject
She holds onto them both for just a moment longer, mainly because her mind is racing and she doesn't want either of them to see the worry that's creeping into her features.]
.. We-- made it to Earth? Is my family... Is everyone okay..?
no subject
[There was a second of hesitation, as their arrival hadn't exactly been great, but...]
They're good. Your dad made it, and he did a lot of work integrating Altean and Earth technology together. Your mom seemed pretty excited about alien plants. And Matt made it back to Earth not long after we did.
[So... there. All the Holts. Together on Earth. Alive. Doing well. Three year time slippage? Galra occupation? Giant mech powered by an Altean? No big deal.]
