[For those who have seen Krolia and Ulaz, it may be easier to recognize a Galra. A Galra who is picking a piece of confetti off of his shoulder. He looks less than impressed by the fact that he got to have his "celebration" for his arrival to the Goldstone. He also looks like he barely fits in this room that he's been assigned to... No wait. When he shifts it's clear he's in the armory.]

To the SS Goldstone, I am Kolivan of the Blades of Marmora. It seems I have been assigned as your security officer. At least for what is supposedly meant to be security in this...fleet.

[He maaaaaaaaaay not approve of. AT ALL.]

We will need to improve the regulations for this ship. The security needs improvement.

[As for the rest of you, he'll introduce himself in his own fashion to you as well. Though anyone who is from the Blades of Marmora will here a sort of tapping in the background. A coded message to you saying the following: "If there are other Blades here respond. This is Kolivan. If there are any other Blades here please respond..."]

Since I am currently residing with this fleet, the introduction will apply to you as well for the sake of efficiency. For now...signing out.

Goldstone

[With that message sent, he goes back to figuring out the state of the security on this ship. Thus far he's not impressed with it. It's too easy for someone to get onto this ship uninvited. While things appear peaceful that doesn't mean they will remain so.

Which means that it's easy to spot the towering Galra ducking through the ship to figure out where the holes in the security are so he can look into fixing them. The last thing they need is to be vulnerable for a potential attack.

Please don't mind that he's always frowning. That's just...Kolivan.]

Iskaulit

[When he's not on the Goldstone, he's exploring the Iskaulit. He's heard that there are a lot of abandoned rooms here so he's hoping to find more supplies here. Or information. (Especially information.)

Once again, it's easy to spot him since he towers over heads as he walks along. For now his braid is wrapped around his neck almost making it look like he has a white choker. It keeps it out of the way for the time being, something he feels will be necessary should he come across an area where he'll need to put on his helmet. One can never tell what the air quality will be on a ship with abandoned rooms in it.

Alright and he might also be looking for a place to turn into a room so he can have a place to escape to when he wants to stretch out. The Goldstone is clearly not built for Galra bodies like his own.]

Oh, well I suppose that's taking care of yourself too.

Fine, [He shrugs] I need to shower anyway. [And that's it, mind changed and he's following Kolivan again like a duckling.]

You should find someone with the lab augment to look at your bruises.

[He waves this idea off]

Requires taking the mask off in front of someone. It's alright I'll take care of it myself. Would you see a doctor if you got just bruises?

[This is going to be an ongoing battle of 'no you first']

So basically you've got a guy, I understand. Back home, if it was serious I'd do the same but it's not and they're not here anyway so I'll just use what he's taught me.

Besides, I know how to use a lab, even with one this advanced I can do some basics still.

So what do Galra normally eat?

Foods unavailable here it seems. However, the proteins they have provided will suffice for my needs.

[Yes. He will eat the food goo without complaint.]

There were supplies of a different variety of things picked up at the last planet. I'm sure we can find you something better than the proteins.

There is nothing wrong with the proteins unless they have been drugged or poisoned.

Nothing wrong doesn't mean there isn't something better though. Plus the fleet gathers food from various planets while the proteins are provided by the Atroma so who knows what they're providing with them?

There are many ways to contaminate us. The medical check upon our arrival, the air we breathe, the food we eat. The protein is something I have already partaken in. I will leave the rest of the food for those who eat less than I do.

[They may have plenty but there's no telling how long that will be. Better that he eats the proteins here than to take food from others.]

That is true, I'm not going to fight you on this. It was just a suggestion as the protein doesn't have the best texture or taste.

[They will arrive at the shuttles and Tim will hop on it, waiting for Kolivan to duck his way in before closing the hatch]

I've eaten worse.

[Yep. This protein is not that big of a deal. He's not sure why people are putting so much emphasis on comfort.]

That really shouldn't be a qualifier for what you eat cause the worst you've eaten can also get worse.

But as I said, I'm not fighting you on this. I can't cook so this isn't something I can fix.

I am aware. The worst is what I was given when I was a prisoner.

[It's not like people are eager to give the best to prisoners they're torturing, after all.]

As I said, you remind me of my mentor and he would have the same response about food and rest. That there were more important things that took priority but he at least had Agent A to make sure he didn't develop scurvy or something.

I guess I'm just mimicking that behaviour.

[He immediately falls silent. While he will admit to having been a prisoner, he doesn't want to admit to more. Because of him so many Blades met their end and because of him more were led to their deaths.

It's his fault for not seeing it coming. It's his fault for not stopping it. One can try to argue otherwise but this is what he believes in his heart.

I have managed for a longer period of time than you have existed without it.

[That's what he believes and he's sticking to it.]

How old are you anyway? and how long-lived are your species?

[He's not conceding defeat, he's just going to do what he wants anyway. He knows what arguing with someone stubborn is like and he's not up for banging his head against a brick wall right now.]

We are not so long lived. It has been the exposure to the quintessence that has prolonged us as we are. However, I am thousands of what you seem to knows as years.

[Honestly Tim was expecting a large number but he was not expecting anywhere that large]

That is.. that is a long time.

What is this quintessence you mentioned? and how does it extend your life for so long? What do you consider not so long-lived when you're currently thousands of years old? I must be like an infant to you.

Well no, for my species I'm an adolescent but we're lucky if we reach a hundred and it'll be a small miracle if I reach half that.
