As Steve reaches out to lift the spear, fog rolls in around him, blanketing the area before lightening again. The spear itself reappears first, upright now and in Thor’s hand as he sits upon a much grander throne Steve finds himself standing beside.
When the sword strikes Thor in the face the whole scene jars painfully, blacking out and leaving Steve only hearing his shout, and the unimpressed scoff of his sister.
"Now you remind me of Dad."
Hela’s voice echoes around the room as the fog dissipates, leaving Steve back in the chamber. The spear rests in Steve's hand.]
