[The frowning face of Kolivan appears on the screen. He looks generally unhappy but anyone who knows him is aware that this is literally just his default expression. There's nothing unusual to see here.]

It would appear that the captain of the Goldstone has departed this fleet. I am Kolivan, its new captain. Should you have questions then you can bring them to me.

[A pause and then...]

Members of my crew. I want reports for your stations by the end of the day. There is no First Mate on this ship so I will take them.

[And that's the end. He just ends the transmission there.]


Goldstone

[Kolivan can be found taking note of what the ship has and what it requires in terms of supplies. It's really impossible to miss him honestly. Being the towering figure he is and the way he needs to bend down to move through halls and doors... Well, it's basically not going to be hard to find him or run into him.

Just please don't do so literally. He's very solid and it will hurt.

[Tim won't reply to the Broadcast but simply come to find Kolivan as he's wandering the ship taking inventory.]

Seeing as how we're both Security on this ship, I made the presumption that you had already taken Inventory of our Security equipment. I have taken note of what we have in the kitchen since we lost our Cook to a different ship and we also seem to have a brand new person on board.

Haven't met them yet but records on file say their name is the Undertaker?

[Hearing Tim, he turns to face him. He listens to what he has to say then nods.]

We are likely to have another crew member soon as well. Likely by the next week. I have spoken with someone who has shown interest in transferring to this ship. His name is Cyril and he would be our pilot.

[Kolivan doesn't understand jokes, Cyril. Never forget that.]

I do not have a pilot presently. Since that is your augment it would be useful to us and I am already aware that I can trust you.

[He nods.]

If you are willing then I do not mind you transferring to this ship. And you are welcome to call me captain as well.

Yeah, I... um... saw the messages between you from the broadcast. They seem very friendly towards you.

We could definitely use the Pilot though. That's another thought I had, would I be of more use to this ship if I was to request a augment change? To a communications officer.

And would you accept me as your First Mate? Seeing as we don't have one anymore.

As far as I am aware, we cannot change augments when the main ones have been assigned. And I do not trust our other Security Officer.

[He's not saying he trusts Robin except that's totally what he's saying to him.]

I have not met the other Security Officer but the name certainly doesn't inspire trust, same can be said for the Undertaker to be fair?

Do you have any idea what you want to do if it turns out they can't be trusted? We don't exactly have the power to kick them off the ship? and sleeping with one eye opened isn't really a long term solution?

I will be looking into video feeds for this ship. It will allow us a better idea for tracking. Right now, even if they cannot be trusted, there is little they can do given the circumstances of the fleet. However, monitoring will be useful to prevent issues.

[Kolivan nods.]

Much of the ship is handled but I was going to the cargo hold next. You can aid me there.
