[Video/Action] Welcome to Walküre World~!
Who: Mikumo Guynemer and you! (Yes, even you!)
Broadcast: Oh yes
Action: Red Fish
When: 3/9
Action the Red Fish
[Finding herself on a strange ship would probably worry Mikumo, but... she's not really that kind of girl. Her life is just not normal. Besides, she has a feeling that she knows where she is. Sort of.
It's not either of the ships she was on the first time she was here, nor is it the big ship she spent a few days on before being moved. It's new, but the confetti and the faux-pudding cups are a clue. The idol just shakes her hair free of the brightly colored paper and starts to look around the ship.]
Hm, it looks as if someone let Messer decorate the walls. How interesting.
[As she walks down the halls, she trails a hand down the walls. Nothing comes away, but that doesn't mean she isn't a bit surprised.
She stops at a mess of paper that looks as if it is telling some secret to the many little dials around the ship and points when she sees one that leads to the residences.]
My, my. This would make visiting others so much easier.
Video
[Mikumo eventually ends up in her private room on the ship, the Red Fish and she pulls out her communicator. She waggles her fingers playfully before blowing a kiss at the screen.]
Well, hello, people of the Fleet. It's so lovely to be back here. Tell me, have I missed any venues? I see about this memory sharing thing that's happened again, but I suppose it's a good thing I missed that. I don't have many to share with you.

I was giving you an out!
Besides, it seems that I've left you and Kaname alone, since Freyja left at the same time I did.
no subject
[Kaname missed them.]
no subject
[Not that Hayate was any sort of replacement for Messer. By any stretch of the word.]
I'm afraid that you'll have to deal with just me this time.
no subject
[More like Messer's side-thorn and nosy question-asker.
And plane thief, apparently.]
Regardless, it's fine. My condolences for being stuck here again- it's hardly ideal.
no subject
[Besides, he's more than just a protegé to Mirage and they all know it.]
While it might not be ideal, I suppose it does have its own sort of charm. You're here after all. And with Kaname here, it's not completely boring, right?
no subject
[There's always something weird going on, that much is undeniable.]
But no, you're not wrong.
no subject
[Which is to say that she'll let him have that it's weird here.]
And what have you been doing in the time I was gone? Aside from this memory thing.
no subject
[Almost exactly, actually. That's depressing, on some level, even if the alternative is arguably worse.]
You didn't miss much of anything. At least, nothing stands out. It's been business as usual within the fleet.
Besides the lieutenant's arrival, obviously.
no subject
[Or, you know, she could behave.]
Kaname has offered me a spot on the Bloodsport again.
[She cracks a knowing smile.]
Congratulations, by the way.
no subject
[Uuuuuuugh. Of course she calls it out.]
I imagine she'd find comfort in having more of us in one place.
[Or at least, having Mikumo where they can keep an eye on her.]
no subject
I'm sure she would, but I think that I might wait to come live on the Bloodsport again. There are a great deal of people on the Fleet that I don't know and I suppose I should attempt to be more social since we're lacking both Freyja and Makina, as well as Arad and Chuck.
no subject
He'll take it, though.]
You'd be better off naming those of us here rather than those of us who aren't. Though some would fare better than others in this place.
[He suspects that his fellows from Delta squad would be as restless as he is. Hayate would be insufferable.]
no subject
Hm, true, but it still feels strange that we're separated. I'm sure that Chuck and Marianne would have a field day with some of the restaurants on the Iskaulit.
[Hayate might not be terrible. All the time. Besides, they do spend time on planets.]
And I'm sure the others could find something to do while between new systems.
no subject
True enough. The weeks in between would be the difficult part. They can be enough of a challenge to coordinate without this degree of... boredom potential.
no subject
Maybe.
If it's worth it]
Well, there are some duties that we have as part of any ship. Plus, there's a chance to get employment in some of the shops on the Iskaulit. There are plenty of things to do if you look around. You don't have to be like Mirage and do nothing but read.
no subject
I'm aware. I've created a list a various duties and daily checks that need to be completed, alongside the usual maintenance. And I've tried to take up... hobbies... to pass the time.
[Life in the fleet is difficult when you're a workaholic. He definitely relates to Mirage there.]
no subject
Hobbies? Like what? Polishing rocks?
[She works a lot too, but she knows how to do things that aren't work.]
no subject
Why would I disclose that information if you're only going to tease me for it?
no subject
I don't tease you all the time, Messer. I understand that you don't keep friends and comrades that way.
no subject
[He's not sensitive about it, but he notices. And he doesn't like to be annoyed.
But fine, he told Kaname he'd put himself out there more.]
As we lack the usual duties of Xaos and ship maintenance is out of my scope at this time, I've assembled and maintained motorized bikes instead. [A hesitant pause, and then-] And... small scale models. Sometimes.
no subject
[And because there are so few of them from home, she's making it her mission not to put them out. A little teasing now and again won't hurt anyone, however.
But at his answer she has to frown and then nod.]
Well, that all sounds like.... fun. For you. I'm glad that you have something to keep you occupied. I'm thinking that I might find a part-time job while I'm here. Something other than practicing.
[She cocks her head to the side.]
What do you think?
no subject
I'm sure that would do. Funds have limited usefulness here, but I doubt it would hurt to have them, if something happens. And that's a good way to keep busy, perhaps gain new skills.
[So yeah, Messer approves!]
no subject
Not everyone is one dimensional.]
Well, the funds we get might have limited usefulness to you, but they do help me get more clothes. Even if I reclaim those that were left with Kaname, it's not nearly as much as what I had back home. So, a job is needed to sort of pad my stipend from our captors.
[Besides, it might be fun if she picks the right place.]
no subject
[Much as he enjoys the adventurous outfits of Walkure, he has... different priorities.]
no subject
I, however, love to wear different things from day to day.
