[Thor, to his credit, does pick up the shirt Lup hands him. He looks baffled to find something like it in his hands.]

Someone may have died designing it. That must be the explanation for it, surely?

[She snaps a quick photo with the communicator and takes it back from him, discarding it on top of the rack like so much garbage.]

The fact that they put this shit right near the entrance doesn't make me optimistic about the kind of fashion we'll find further in.

You know, I spent so long just getting through the door that I didn't even give much thought to what's in here. I just need some shirts.

[She gestures for him to follow, wandering further in to find whatever counts as mens wear around here. There's quite a few racks of designs in similarly poor taste, but there are at least a few neutral options. From the look of things, it's the road less traveled, for sure.]

[Thor turns his head this way and that, brows drawing further together as they go further in. Whoever set up the display windows was a master conman, because those looked much better than what the store really has.]

Mm, casual? It isn't as though I really go anywhere.

[She spreads her arms, gesturing at their surroundings.]

[He made the bet at random, but now he's curious as to whether Lup will manage to find anything. It beats having to look himself and could be amusing.]

[And that's of course her cue to snag him by the hand and drag him further into the store, hunting for a decent clothing rack to start at. It's probably like moving a bag of bricks, but that won't stop her from trying.]

[Luckily for Lup, he's an agreeable bag of bricks, so the dragging works. He follows along happily enough, casting his own curious gaze over the racks as they go. After no more than half a minute he says:]

It really didn't look this bad from the outside. The display clothes in the window were fine.

She glances back over her shoulder at him, quirking a brow.]

You're out of your godly mind if you think they were fine. Those clothes were boring as beans! There's nothing fine about that.

What was wrong with them? The pants were of decent make.

[They were just black pants. Zero outstanding qualities. The kind of pants that you practically don't see in favour of the more exciting top that should go with them.]

Bo-ring. Please, Thor. Look at yourself in a mirror one of these days. A guy that looks this good has to let himself stand out! Draw attention to yourself! You need some colour in your wardrobe.

[Black pants. That's not clothes, that's a uniform.]

I have colour! I just think those pants were fine. I wear red all the time, you know.

[Well, into battle. His every day clothes are less about the red.]

[And he does look very good in it, granted.]

[Thor's fashion-conscious in his way, but not to the extent of really thinking about colour gradients or groups. It's why he ends up wearing disastrous mixes of clothes sometimes without much concept of why it would be a problem.]

[She pauses in her determined march to properly glance around, searching out their options.]

Assuming they have... ah-ha! Over here.

[Aaand she's once again dragging him to a corner, where a rack of dapper pastel pants of various colours await them.]

[It's practically hidden, this corner, away from the absolute travesties on display around the rest of the store. The rack is almost reasonable; enough so to make Thor perk up despite himself.]

Oh, this is what you meant? I haven't seen the like of these before.

[She winks and fetches one off the rack, a pair of slimming slacks in a soft, pale blue, which she holds up against him.]

These look pretty good. But I'd love to see you in a nice pink, too... decisions, decisions.
