[He'd been intending to dig his boots out from wherever he'd thrown them in his new quarters. Instead, he goes with Taako, because that seems to be how things are today.]

You know fashion changes depending on who you speak to.

[Are these fighting words.]

Mmhm, sure. Fashion is a matter of opinion, yup.

[He waves a hand and his door flies open, then Taako shoves Thor through the door and into his disaster zone. He knows he has some charms and paint and things stuffed in here somewhere.]

But not all opinions are right, you feel me? Now those things? Nuh-uh, nope.

[He points to the bed and then starts digging around in some boxes, tossing scarves and sashes every which way.]

You more of a classy or cool type, huh?

[With a sigh, Thor sits down on the bed.]

Uhh ... doesn't really matter to me, these days.

[Not that Taako would have needed Thor's answer to figure that one out.]

That's really the main question on your mind, is it?

Doesn't look like much matters right now.

[He means that to be teasing, but it's probably more cutting than it has any right to be. He pulls a small plastic box out and shakes it, listening to the contents rattle before tossing it aside.]

I got a lotta Q's on the ol' brain, my dude. Why don't we heat grapes? What would happen if you ate raw fettuccine for a quick midnight snack? Can I subsist entirely on whipped cream and if so, how long will it take before I get space scurvy?

[He pulls a second box out and rattles it, then seems satisfied as he comes back over to plop himself down right next to Thor. With a flick of his wrist, he has the box opened, revealing an assortment of pins and charms that look like they might fit in the holes of Thor's shoes. Taako pulls out a milkshake one that has "All The Boys" written in garish pink on the cup, and drops it onto the bed before rifling around for different ones.]

But I figure if you got something you wanna say, you will. If not? We all go through shit and should be entitled to it without any pryin' we don't want. [He pulls out a little lightning bolt and holds it up to Thor.] This sorta screams "you," huh?

[Any earlier and that comment might well have cut through. These days, though? Thor's past the worst of his woes. He sighs a bit, but doesn't seem all that put out. The lightning bolt does get a chuckle out of him.]

I'd be offended if you showed me that then kept it from me.

[Taking the bolt pin, he rolls it around in his fingers for a few moments.]

You remember what I told you, about what happened to my universe? Half of life being wiped out?

[He starts digging through for anything else he can think of that might be of interest to Thor once he relinquishes the lightning bolt. There's a little mouse, a dinosaur head, a speech bubble that loudly proclaims "HAWT" in electric blue lettering... He takes the dinosaur and the speech bubble out, handing them over to Thor distractedly as he listens.]

Kinda hard to forget that. It super sucked for everyone. Kiiiinda leaves an impression.

[A fourth charm of a blue and gold swirl galaxy joins the growing pile and Taako glances over at Thor.]
