#004 [Accidental Video]
Who: Hiro Hamada
Broadcast: Fleetwide Video
Action: Bishop
When: 5/17
[it appears that the atroma is tired of one of its star ratings-grabbers not doing a damn thing. for the entire duration of april, hiro was fixing ships and running jobs for parts. for the month of may, he's been using those parts. he's currently working with black paint of some sort, with music playing from seemingly nowhere (looks like the sound system he kept talking about got completed).
[if you haven't sought him out, and you're not regularly training him, hiro's been completely radio silent while he's been working. in fact, he hasn't even answered text messages in a couple days.
[when he finishes coating the surface he's working on in the paint, he lowers the mask he's wearing and sighs, wiping (and smearing paint on) his forehead. he looks like a mess.
[but hey, at least he's alive!]

These are the controls for the alarms and the sound system I installed. The alarms go through six different colors for six different alerts.
The blue one only goes off in the hall, docking bay, and cargo hold. It means someone's docking with the ship.
[he's starting to cycle through the alarms on silent mode now, making quick work of his invention's controls.]
Green for gas leak, yellow for fire. Those two are the "evacuate immediately" alarms. The orange one goes off if something large enough to damage the ship is coming toward us. Red means we've taken damage.
[then he points to the big red button the control panel he's on]
This one is the manual alarm. If there's any kind of emergency we need to alert the rest of the ship about, we hit this, and the purple lights start flashing. It's also hooked up the communications array to send out a distress beacon. When the fleet got attacked, that beacon was probably the only thing that let the First Breath know we needed their cover.
[thank god]
Aaand the second panel here is the sound system. We can play music in any room on the ship.
