I have to admit, I was really hoping I'd never see Azula again.

[Sokka exhales, hooking up one wire to a terminal. ]

You and me both. [He hates her so much, Allen. SO. FUCKING. MUCH. ]

But Zuko's right. At least she's from a time before he got crowned and she...lost it. If she was from my time...yeesh. It would be a hundred times worse.

[He tests a few buttons, beep-bop. ]

Still. Not taking any chances. She's still dangerous.

Yeah, I know that. She was in Paradisa a long time, and caused a lot of trouble.

[The day she left was like something out of the end of Return of the Jedi in terms of happiness, really]

Though I admit, if she was insane, I'd be less worried about her making allies.

[Sokka shakes his head. A lot. ]

No. Because then she'd be further ahead, and there's stuff Zuko needs to hear from someone who actually cares about him than someone who'll use that information to hurt him.

[He pinches the bridge of his nose, exhales. ]

I was gonna tell him myself, but now all this has happened and I don't want to push him over the edge. So for now, a not-crazy Azula is probably a good thing. For him, anyway.

Look, I know talking things out is better...but with Azula here, that's not going to happen fast enough. So I figured it'd be quicker and easier for us to throw a few punches at each other in a fair fight and then move on!

Don't worry, by the time the Shuffle comes, we'll be ready to be on guard for Azula. Promise.

That's probably a really good idea. Katara's already pretty mad. I'm avoiding her for at least twelve hours, and it's only that short because I'm related to her and have a family obligation to not hide from her forever.
