[Cory had arrived not long before the Shuffle, and so it's all just clicking in for him as he's beamed onto the Huntress. He thinks he has it figured out.

And so, one might pick up on a family resemblance as he shouts.]

Where are ya, buddy? Come one out. You finally did it. Prank of the century. I really thought I was in outer space for a minute. But I got you now!

[He lingers for a moment, looking out one of the windows into space.]

Whatever you did? It's really convincing. I'm impressed! I hope you didn't spend too much money on this...

No, I've never been hunting before in my life. The ship names aren't really decided by us.

[She gestures to the rest of the ship.]

There's others on this ship as well. If you look around, you'll be sure to find them.

[It makes sense. She looked too pure to be a huntress. So he gives a quick nod.]

Thanks. I'll get around to them. So we're all just... stuck here? On this ship, in outer space?

Yes, we are. We'll probably be landing somewhere soon, but we've been traveling for months.

Okay, okay. So it's almost like a vacation. A cruise... in space.

Do we have any idea where we're going?

The ship pilots take care of that. We don't often get to learn much about where we go before we get there, however.

Really? Not even... travel brochures or anything?

Unfortunately, no. Perhaps the people watching us know, but for those in this fleet it's a mystery.

Well... Okay, okay... [He nods as he processes that.] I can live with that, I think.

What's your name, by the way? I'm Cory Matthews.

My name is Shirley. I'm one of the lab workers on this ship, so if you're ever in need of medical attention you can come to me or Chris - you should meet him later.

Well, Shirley... surely it's nice to meet you!

[...He'll just let that hang there for a moment.]

...But yeah, I'll keep that in mind. Do we need a lot of medical attention out here? I don't think my insurance covers me in outer space...

[...Well, it could be worse. At least it's not totally immature like Varric that one time. Still, Shirley opts not to respond to that - the medicine's more important anyway, even if she doesn't understand what insurance is.]

Um...no, not often. It's not impossible that you'll need it, but unless you get yourself in trouble it's not usually a problem.
