Maybe she should drop some spanners for Ray to pick up]Oh, so it's a supply problem. Hm. That shit is way more difficult.
You should probably tell me about that stuff some time since I'm supposed to do security.
[If it's all ship battles, maybe her back won't fuck them all over. She'll worry about her problems with shooting ability... Later.]

[She sounds surprised, but she never notices these things.]
It was before I arrived. A lot of the ships took damage, but the crews were mostly okay.

Ah, gotcha. So you're pretty new, too?
Guess I'll just ask around. Kind I see what there is to even work with here. It's hard to come up with decent strat without a starting point.

I've been here a couple of months. People are very helpful, though, so we're not on our own if anything happens.

[This of course doesn't mean she wouldn't bang him like a screen door in a hurricane but that is totally different. At least on Planet Wrath.]
Gotcha. A couple months can be a lot of time when shit keeps coming, though. So there's a pretty solid team going?
no subject
No, she won't. She'll just shrug and move back to the other topic.]
I think so. I haven't seen them in action, but they got the ships fixed up again pretty quick. And no one got hurt passing through the asteroid field.

Are there a lot of ships? Where are we in the fleet hierarchy?
[Buy taking business is way more important, let's be real.]
no subject
There's no hierarchy. We have weapons, but we're not an army, or even organized. We work together because we have to.

That's not good. I mean, yeah, it'd be bad to just... Force people to serve, but there has to be some kind of chain of command or how does anything get done?
