Oh, I'm a master at that, I just meant the captaining thing. I'm kind of like a captain back home, but... this is a lot more official.

I think you'll do a good job.

[ He cares about his crew enough to protect them, and is smart enough to find any way necessary to do so. Even if he doesn't have much experience in this particular situation, and he's still got a lot to learn, it's not a bad choice ]
