Quite a time for the Blue Fish crew!]

[Vima pulls up short at the little ball of air that comes up to meet her and laughs.

She's pretty sure it's Aang, since he talked about transferring and she hasn't seen anyone else do this trick yet. So she'll try to use the Force to send it back where it came from--she can sense a benevolent presence back there.]

[Aang laughs as the ball heads back towards him. Finally, the young monk steps out from behind the corner and approaches her.]

I thought I could use some fresh air!

[The joke gets a giggle out of Vima. And wow, up close she can definitely get a sense of his spiritual energy--it's very different from what she's used to, though.]

I guess nobody has to worry about ventilation problems while you're here. So you got the transfer, huh? How do you like it?

Yep, I got my transfer alright! And I've been loving it. It's really nice and friendly on this ship!

That's great! The way this whole "reality show" thing has been explained, I've been worried that they would deliberately fill ship with people who bicker and fight and can't get anything done.

It feels almost... weirdly nice on this ship. Like it's full of light. Can you feel it too?

Don't worry. Here at the Blue Fish, we all get along! I think...

But, um, light? [He taps at his chin uncertainly.] I don't think I feel it. Things feel... I don't know, the same as usual?

Hah, I'm sure you'll have time to figure out if you don't. [Though Aang is so friendly, it's hard to picture him not getting along with someone. And... hm. Maybe his bending really is different from the Force.] You don't sense it? It's like there's a glow of benevolence... I think it's coming from you guys, actually.

Really? [He smiles brightly.] That's very nice of you to say! No one ever told me I had a glow of benevolence before. Are you sure it's not just your own niceness?

I can't imagine why; it's like a beacon. [She laughs.] I'm pretty sure it's not me, though I think I'm giving off good vibes.

[which she is, tbh, light side all the way here.]

Our powers might be different, then. [That's too bad. She was hoping to meet another Force-user, although Aang's airbending is still plenty cool.]

A beacon, huh? Maybe it's cuz I'm the Avatar? But it's okay, it's neat that we can each do different things!

[Avatar? Vima's not all that familiar with the word, though possibly she heard it in some holocron or other because it's not totally unfamiliar.]

Could be it, since I have no clue what the Avatar is. [She shrugs.] I'm getting used to being the only Jedi around--I had no idea there were so many different kinds of power in the universe than just the Force.

[It's even weird using the word just for the Force.]
