You know, I certainly didn't sit down one day and say to myself- "you know what would be lovely? Something that would truly make me wish I was trapped in a small metal can all day, shooting through the air and feeling sick"- but here we are. Ah, yes, what could be better than a little beach vacation? Why not something entirely too hot with giant bugs and sand that gets fucking everywhere. Oh, and to top it all off? Rain! And storms! At entirely inopportune moments!

Oh, certainly there are! Wine, whiskey, silk sheets, a nice new pair of leather gloves. Fuzzy socks, I've come to like those...and the occasional buttery pastry when I can find it.
