[ hey there yourself, fierce teenage queen. the idea of ninjas and chakra would take some time to wrap his head over, but brushing up on flowers and their meanings could be neat. though most likely some other time, considering the whole being sick as hecky-decky deal.

Though I bet, so until you break that fever, is there anything you need? [ at least she's not cursed to eating things with perma-cabbage aftertaste on top of a flu, veggie spirits are pretty ruthless in koriko. although he's not sure on what type of bug is going around, crew mates are crew mates. ] Seems like you're the only one out of us who's caught it. I don't mind stepping out to get you something other than protein paste or cubes.

Look, people watching TV want beautiful people doing interesting things. They don't want people sitting in their bunk blowing their nose!

That right? I figured sick days made for a good episode.

[ same went for the cartoon and reality tv shows he'd marathon with his sister whenever she visited. he figured the audience eats up moments like these, though. nothing like sitting through the theatrics and drama to watching your favorite characters get sick or go through a day of shenanigans fishing around for The Cure. while voicing it was out of the question, it was good that ino seemed like the only one to be struck by the flu. finding it easier to look after one sick team member, rather than two or all four of them at once. ]

But would I? [ shooting her a clipped laugh, his corny jokes are all in good fun. despite jill's suggestion on quarantine, he wouldn't stress that much about a small (and supposed) bug. ] You're part of this crew, and I'd like to think you being captain of this ship means something at least. So what'll it be?

I kinda doubt you'll be able to find anything like menthol or eucalyptus ... but some tea or some salt would at least be helpful.

Tea is something I could probably manage. [ he'd seen a shop on his initial look around that resembled some watered down grocers. maybe he'd have some luck there. ] If not, then I can probably think up of something else to throw together. Can't guarantee it'll be all that great, though.

Anything we can get our hands on is good, for now. Tea especially will help with all kinds of ailments.
