Pretty much everything ever has germs. But, no: the mere act of being near dirt will not actually make you sick. And the fact that it's a useless power in space is the reason why I'm fingerpainting with mud, jeeeez. I've got plenty of non-useless powers, too, but this is probably gonna be the most useful one when I've got a little dirt around.

We've all spent three weeks lying on the beach, picnicing on the beach, playing on the beach, and napping on the beach. I haven't been able to get all the sand out of my clothes since we landed. If we were gonna get sick from it, it was gonna happen anyway.

[ she puffs her cheeks out slightly at him, before she drags her fingers against some of the drying mud and sand. some flowery moss sprouts, and jade winds a few blossoms around her fingertips, reaching out to offer them to him. ]

Nope. I didn't miss that part, 'cause I am human, thank you very much. [ she puffs her cheeks out, considering one of the plants. ] Mostly. Like, 99%. And I just thought - you know, plants are really useful. Food, materials... um. Atmosphere.
