[Dread is probably not a good feeling to have in the face of actually having something resembling a 'team' now. Unfortunately, the way this place seems to love uprooting and depositing people out of nowhere into unfamiliar territory, and it sets him on edge.
His eyes narrow as he looks around yet another place he's unaccustomed, being bombarded by-- colorful shreds of paper and overly-cheerful music. And even more people. Once again, he longs for the familiar weight of a weapon in his hand, but this fleet just loves to suck the comfort out.
At least this is a more permanent residence? Time would tell on that one.]

This isn't like where you came from. You kill someone, and they'll likely just come back to life. All you'll really do is piss off people you don't want to piss off.

He doesn't want to piss anyone off, but he didn't really take into consideration that him eliminating someone like Captain America would fall under that. He was standing in the way of everyone's freedom. That was the whole point.. ]

[There's a pause from Allen. Were Allen here on Exorcist business, this would probably be the point that Allen showed his claws- figuratively and literally. Except...this wasn't Exorcist business. Winter was neither undead or a demon. Whatever horrible things were done to him- he couldn't detect the faintest trace of demonic involvement. No, the evil that was done, it was likely done by man.]
[Allen was no superhero. He didn't want to be one. Superheroes in these places threw their morals around and declared them law without any follow-through. Sure, they could catch a mugger while looking badarse- but they'd also leave good people to rot behind bars with no trial while bad people ran free to kill people. They were condescending, self-righteous, vigilante arseholes. Allen wanted no part of that.]
[...He was trying to help Winter for his own reasons. For personal, human reasons. Sure of course it's not like he could just let the guy kill someone if it came to that...but he had to remember the reason he was here. Shoving his weight around right now wouldn't work with that. So, he takes a deep breath and relaxes his shoulders. His tone is quieter again when he speaks]

Realistically, he should wait until he gets back, but if the opportunity presents itself, he's not sure he'll be able to ignore it. Following orders is one of those things that's ingrained into his programming.

[His smile grows a little] Any requests of what I should bring next time I come visit?

[ He's honestly not sure what he would suggest even if he did have ideas for Allen. Ammunition and supplies were unnecessary in this place, and there wasn't anything he personally required, so he offers a shake of his head. ]
