[ Hey look, it's a mingle thread! If you happen to be on the SS Starstruck - visiting or crew, whatever! - then feel free to pop in with whatever you're up to.

Wanna comment on the racing ships zooming by? Go for it.

Wanna swing by and make fun of Yosuke, as he wonders how the hell he's a captain and what the hell he's supposed to do now and oh dear God?? ... Yeah that's cool too. ]

[ Speaking of said new captain!

If you happen to want to introduce yourself to him, you'll likely find him on the bridge, thinking it's the most likely place that he'll maybe possibly figure out what the heck he's supposed to be doing in the first place.

You could probably run into him just about anywhere else, though - he's not the kind to sit still, honestly. And being on a spaceship honestly tends to make that even worse. ]

[Wanda never really was one for sitting still. She was never as restless as her brother, but his "jittery" nature had rubbed off on her somewhat. As such, Wanda had often taking to walking around the ship. It could be boring just touring the same vessel over and over again; yet, sometimes there were changes, typically whenever someone new shows up. At any rate, Wanda currently found herself entering the ship's bridge, where she finds Yosuke looking rather serious and fairly distracted. She grins a little mischeviously as she approaches him.]

I hope you are not thinking about entering us in these races, "captain." [Putting some sarcastic emphasis on the word, as she gestures out the nearby window where some ships happen to be zooming by.]

[ Yosuke almost doesn't notice her at first, what with being in the middle of what do in his head and all, but she starts his way with that grin on her face and it's enough to bring him back around to the present. Her comment actually gets a chuckle out of him, even if the "captain" bit has him turning the slightest bit red in the face. Whoops. ]

What, you don't think our dinky autopilot could win? C'mon. We could do with some extra credits, probably.

[Wanda just sighs in mock exasperation.]

I had a feeling that was what you were thinking.

[Her expression and tone changes slightly, becoming more serious as she continues.]

Fun aside, what is troubling you?

[Although Stefan had promised himself he'd avoid the Starstuck because of a certain someone, the idea of checking up on Yosuke overruled his desire to stay put. He'll be poking his head around everywhere in search of the new captain - well, mostly everywhere. The med bay's getting a wide berth from him, for Reasons.

That said, he tries to be as non-intrusive as possible as he peers in each area - and just in case, he smiles apologetically before moving onto the next area.]

[ Yosuke's standing in the doorway of his upgraded room, actually, when Stefan finds him - and from the half-hearted grin on his face and the way he's got his arms crossed despite the slightly nervous fidgeting he's doing, he's clearly torn between "Oh my God this is a real thing isn't it?" and "This is freakin' awesome!"

But he does relax when he spots Stefan and waves. ]

Had to see the new Captain in action, of course. [His giant grin betrays his teasing, especially as he steps inside and takes a casual look around. They're certainly nicer digs than what the Paisley has, but then again, the Paisley crew doesn't seem to care much for beds...]

How does it feel so far?

Honestly? I can't believe it! Who even decides this crap? [ He shakes his head... but then, he's grinning too, and nods toward his new room. ] It's got some pretty nice perks to it, though. This is so much better.

Were you first mate when your captain left? That usually does it. [It's how his ship has two captains, versus just the one.

He peers around and gives a whistle because dang, the room is nice!] Gotta say, I'm pretty jealous. Our entire crew's still got the same quarters.
