[ The video feed turns on, and there's a blonde girl with a much taller redhead.

They're in an empty-ish room on the Iskaulit, it looks like, and Ino checks to make sure the feed is going before speaking up. ]

Hi everyone! Dr. Crusher and I had an idea, we wanted to see if you guys were interested ...

[ She'll glance over to the other woman, waiting for her to speak up ]

We're thinking of setting up a garden over here on the Iskaulit. I know I, for one, could use a more natural retreat from the confines of our ships during longer stretches of travel between planets. I'm certain we could redirect some of the current water systems for irrigation, and there's more than sufficient space here to build sunlamps and the other equipment we'd need. [She smiles.] Unfortunately, while we both have experience working with plants, I'm afraid neither of us are particularly adept engineers.

[ Ino nods along, grinning a little at the very end of Beverly's statement ]

Now, I know there's plenty of you out there who've got the know-how to help us out. Soooo, what do you say? I've already got a decent stash of seeds and stuff that we could start planting right away, given we've got the right light and water conditions. Of course, we'll also gladly accept any donations or -- y'know, help from all the budding horticulturists out there, so on and so forth.

So? Do we have any takers?

[Well, Jove is fairly certain that considering their last few interactions she's probably not Ino's favorite person, but if there was ever a call for help she was more suited to answer she really can't think of one.]

I'd be happy to help with the engineering side, and I've got a lot of cuttings and seeds I could bring along to fill out the garden. My quarters are becoming a little crowded.

[Seriously there's plants on like everything now.]

[Fortunately, Beverly has no feelings on Jove one way or the other, all she sees is a helping hand, so she's all smiles when she hears Jove's offer.]

Oh, really? That would be wonderful! What sorts of plants do you have? I want to start cataloging our available options, if I can, so we can try to set up things efficiently from the beginning.

A bit of everything, really. There were a lot of plants on Mor that resembled the plants from my home, things used for healing poultices and potions, and I tried to get samples of everything I could before we left. Actually-

[She turns her communicator so it can show her bedroom, the flowering vines scaling the walls and potted plants and flowers on nearly every surface. Most of them are houseplant size, but the sheer number of them have her room looking more like a garden than a bedroom.]

I should be able to transplant most of what I have, and I can get seeds from the rest.

[ Ino's not a huge fan, but she can't deny that Jove's got quite the arsenal of plants to spare. ]
