Who: Zoe Hange
Broadcast: video to the entire fleet;
Action: at a waystation if you wish your character to get poked at by Hange... also open to the Red Fish naturally
When: November 16th, mid-afternoon

[She coughs a little before she gets her speech rolling. Hange looks like she feels like shit, and she kind of does, but her pure verve for science is keeping her talking here! She looks strained, but cheerful.]

Hey there, everyone - I'm sure the majority of you have noticed now that we have a bug going around...! I have a small sample group to work with, but I'd like to collect more, which is where you come in. I'd like to draw blood from everyone willing to give some, from both the sick and the healthy.

If you're worried about confidentiality, I can assure you you'll have no problem with that. I won't breach trust with a patient.

You can find the Red Fish at this waystation: [coordinates here]. I'll take samples anytime, but you can find me there for at least the next day or so. I'm in the Red Fish.

[And yeah that's where the ship will be, if anyone bites. Hange herself is in the lab, poking at the samples she has already. Buzz to be let in.]

Sure. Whatever. I'll take your word for it.

I can dock the Wonderduck at the station within an hour.

[So enthusiastic....it's still so very weird]

Right.

[And he shuts off the communicator. Like he said, it's a good hour before they're able to dock at the station she specified and make sure everything's good to go. But sure enough eventually, he's at the Red Fish's port- unenthusiastically ringing that buzzer. He's still crazy reluctant about this, but he knows well enough that the more samples they have- the better chance they have of figuring out a solution. And he's damn tired of this cold.]
