[So it's Ino's birthday! Anyone who is on good terms with Ino would have received an invitation to attend a birthday party for her on the Iskaulit. I assure you, it was mostly Hiro's doing. Or anyone else involved with the party planning. ]

[Sure enough going to the appointed time and place will indeed lead you to a birthday party! There's a giant banner saying so and everything. Not only that but there's delicious food thanks to Belthazar, music, and other assorted party things.]

[In other words? ITS A MINGLE. Feel free to stop by, socialize, not socialize and hang awkwardly in a corner, gate crash, mooch food or anything else you can think of! ]

[Cheese can, quite literally, sense when there's a party in the works, and feels it's his obligation as a Party Pony to lend a helping hoof. So, he'll be continuing to put up balloons and throw confetti about from an invisible yet seemingly inextinguishable source.

He'll also be trotting about with a tray of little foodstuffs on his back, leading people off into mingling and enjoying themselves. And he really does seem to bring a strange sense of happiness with him. In his natural party habitat, he pretty much oozes it. ]

Hey, come on, you wanna try these? They taste great! Or maybe you should show off your moves on your dance floor! I bet you'll knock 'em dead!

[Crowley is here because Ino is important to him. If asked, though, he'll say he's here for the food and drink. He can be found lounging against a wall, looking exceptionally cool while sipping at whatever alcoholic drink he's managed to procure for himself.

Has he even brought a gift? Who knows. ]

[Even though Allen helped out with the planning of the party? Parties really weren't his thing- far too many people and he never knew what he was supposed to do with them. Nor did it help that some recent events had really put him in sour spirits. And so after doing his duty of help set up, greeting guests, and making sure things are running smoothly? He's grabbing a large plate of food and can be found near a corner happily munching away.]

[Wow. Belthazar really was an amazing cook]

[Sup fellow wall lounger. He looks over at Crowley for a moment and pauses]

...Is that even one of the drinks we're serving?

[Crowley peers down at it. ]

You know, I'm not even sure. But it tastes halfway decent. so I'm not going to think on it too much.

[He waves his free land around the room. ]

You pulled of a good party for her.

[He really doesn't want to think too much on it either. But he gives a shrug]

Ah- thanks. All I did really was make calls. Others did more work.

[Nightingale showed up because she generally likes Ino, but on the other hand... What the fuck does one even do at a party? So she's wallflowering and trying to look very content and not at all confused by the whole... all of this, really.]

Yeah...that's what I thought. She always spends so much time looking after everyone else.

[ It wasn't like she forgot about her birthday or anything, but she hadn't had anything planned. She thought she would probably spend a quiet day with Tadashi and/or some of her close friends, and that would be that. She definitely did not expect a big party, and so when she's brought to the Iskaulit to join the celebration she's just covering her mouth with one hand, looking somewhere between completely baffled and excited and possibly about to cry.

This is way better than last year. ]

We should have got her a little throne or something. Queen Ino, pampered for a day.

[ When she sees Allen, she actually ... does tear up, a little. But she's quick to hide it by coming over to pull him into a big hug ]

[ She rubs at her eyes quickly, taking in a deep breath before she pulls away ]

I'm glad. Hiro did a lot of the work- and others too. Belthazar did the cooking! I mostly just made calls.
