Who: Nami
Broadcast: Fleetwide
Action: Marsiva
When: Nnnow-ish
[This is not happening. Nope. There were happy endings, and sunshine, and portals home, and she damn well walked through one. Not only does this quiet, sterile place bear no resemblance to, y'know, a brigantine sloop or a crazy ocean, but she's turned up here alone.
She was pretty sure the animus were on the level with the whole going home thing. The fact the Adstringendum communicator is giving her nothing but static when she tries to use it is, uh. Not comforting, to say the least. She explores the accessible area in due haste, looking for anyone she recognises. Or anyone at all. And then she sits cross-legged in the middle of the one hallway and tries to get the communicator working by prying at it with fingernails, hitting random buttons, and eventually just hitting the wall with it a few times before tossing it away from her with a huff.
Not happy doesn't really cover it.
She finds the broadcast system, staring down at the controls suspiciously. She shouldn't know how to use this. But, well. In the absence of being able to do anything else-- ]

This turning up in mysterious new places thing was old the first time it happened. Where the hell is this, and what hoops do I have to jump through to get home? [Sweet, sweet sarcasm. But at least she's holding onto her temper.] And where's my staff?
And-- and who fixed my shirt?
[Serious question, that one.]

[He starts to rap quietly to himself.]
Dream it, don't give it up Luffy! Dream it, don't give it up Zollo!

Uh.
Yeah, that's not a coincidence.]
Re: [Video]
You have met pirates before! Who taught you that song?
[They got Zoro's name wrong. DX]

[She draws the word out a little like she's not that familiar, though she knows what TV is. Well, that also makes sense. Sort of. Except in her world, anything on "TV" is a rarity, things like executions put on by the marines, and she can't see them making up a song like that. Also, they know damn well it's Zoro.]
What do you mean? When were we on TV?
...Wait, what do you mean 'we'? [He squints at the feed...]
Bah. Waving a hand impatiently. If you know Luffy and Zoro, it's even Stevens (hah!) you know her.]
Nami. Navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates.
[I AM SO STARING YOU DOWN.]

...Dream it!! Don't give up Nami!
Well, I guess we're more famous than I thought. Never thought people'd write songs, though. [Not such terrible ones, geez.]
You know my name. What's yours?
Oh, and my name's Steven. Steven Universe! It's really nice to meet you, Nami.
Steven? [It's not the Universe part, lol. Just that face with that name.] Where were you before this?
Sorry you never made it.
It's okay! I'll make it back eventually. I just get a space vacation first! And Pearl's here, so things are gonna be okay.
Pearl? She's someone you know from home?
Yep! She's one of the Crystal Gems, and she helped to raise me! And she's really smart and pretty and strong, too!
You've never been to a place called Adstringendum?
It's just there was a boy there called Steven who talked about knowing gem people.
[She never really talked to him, but that post on the network was memorable for that question.]
You sound like you get along great with most people.
Do you think we're getting along great? That'd be... great!
