[Good thing someone had the foresight to ask for a few bags. She watches this stupid process going on and then snarls at him, somehow managing to throw the wad of extra bags at his dumb head.]

Double bag it or split it up or do something different!

[the fluffy wad of plastic hits him on his blind side, which makes him flinch and grimace, huffing back at her with as much of an audible sigh as he can manage without using his voice.

he glares at her as he snatches up the bags, throwing up his other hand in a completely exasperated gesture.

she had extra bags? that would have been nice to know like twenty seconds ago.]

[She pulls a face at him. Go on, be a little shit. She'll drop this bag and walk off. Keep going. Keep being a shit.]

[well, now that he has more bags, he can totally do a better job at this. ...though, pulling the bags apart with sticky fingers is kind of a chore. they're going to have fingerprints all over them.

he takes the packet of organs back out, wads it up in its own bag, and puts it back in again before he starts double bagging up the rest of the meat.

the leg is going to be the most challenging, though. it's what poked a hole in the original one to begin with.]

[She will nicely hold the bag open wider for him, though her nose crinkles... this is it. This is as far as her kindness goes. After this she's not helping anymore, she's gonna leave >:(]

[he takes a minute to compress the limb even further, bending the joint against the fact that it's already stiffened up with rigormortis. he really puts his back into it.

once he's satisfied with the fact that it's as folded as it can possibly get (there were a couple of nice, tiny pops as cartilage cracked and separated from bone) he works on wedging that in there alongside everything else.

and then the ordeal will finally be over.]

[after he carefully ties the bag around the ends of leg that stick out, he wipes the one clean spot on the back of his wrist across his forehead, pushing his hair out of his face. this whole thing is a mess.

and even though he's crabby and annoyed and antisocial, he repeats the sign for 'thank you' one more time.]
