[It's been a whirlwind day for Kurt Wagner. He was emotionally raw from a traumatic event when he woke up in space. Kurt had arrived on the day of the shuffle and had been doing his best to try to keep a low profile. People aren't always the most acceptable of a fuzzy blue mutant who looks like a devil, after all. And he'd managed to pick up the basics, at least, between what encounters he had on the Marsiva, while managing to be lucky enough to avoid the network.

His luck ran out once he was shuffled onto the Huntress. The video feed catches an unsuspecting Kurt Wagner tinkering with his watch and being increasingly frustrated with it as he keeps prodding at it.]

Come onnn.... Why won't it work? Oh man!

[ooc: Of course, if any other new characters want, they can alternately run into him before the Shuffle, anywhere on the Marsiva. Choose your own adventure!]

You should get that looked at. I've heard memories can just disappear into thin air if you're not careful.

[A very serious face. Yup.]

Oh? Well... I wouldn't want everything to go up in smoke!

[She leans back from the feed, look changing to something a little more self satisfied.]

So I take it you're calmed down now.

[He smiles, his own posture looking so much more relaxed.]

Um... Yeah, I guess I have.

No worries, blue man, anytime. [Her eyebrows go up and down for comic effect.]

Something's up with your eyebrows. You should get that checked out, you know.

[Another eye roll.]

How do yours even work, if you're all fur, anyway?

Well I still have hair! Like... I don't know, how lions have manes?

[She at least knows what a lion is. There's a nod.]

Okay, that makes more sense. [A pause, then a grin.] Can you grow a beard?

It does? I mean... Of course it does!

As for the beard? Well... A fuzzy guy's got to have his secrets!

Meaning you have no idea, right?

Well that... wasn't a direct question! [Now he's just pulling arguments from nowhere...]
