Anyways, um, happy halloween everyone! It's not something that's celebrated all that much where I come from, but some of my friends like it, so I thought it would be a good time! The other part of this is that I'm going to be testing out the radio system here, so if things go right, there should be streaming across one frequency, while I can communicate with this on another. Something will probably go wrong, but that's what testing is for, right?

Ah, no, it's jsut that a friend of mine back home tended to speak very... Drmaatically? And she likes Halloween, so I decided to try to say it like she would. If I were to translate what I said, I believe it would be...

"Good evening, everyone. Let's all enjoy Halloween! It's kind of a scary holiday, but that just means we have to brighten things up more, so let's listen to some nice music!"

...I kind of messed up halfway through it, though. I had to stop my work halfway through because of this whole being moved back to the Marsiva too, so I don't know if the radio's actually working properly yet.

Then, the first part's a success! I still have to make sure the Golden can still transmit on other frequencies without disrupting things, but I can't really test that one until we're actually back to our ships. Still, it shouldn't be long before we can get it set up properly! Then everyone will be able to share music and we can all listen to everyone else's music! There's a lot to look forward once we get it set up!

Really? I saw CDs and such in the common area, but I didn't know people were able to obtain it on their own.
