[GOOD MORNING, EVERYONE. instead of waking up in the cold, super-sterilized rooms of the Marsiva, you come to back in your very own room on the Bloodsport! some of you have never met each other, and a few of you have never even stepped foot on the ship before... but it's never too late to explore and greet your neighbors!

and in case anyone was wondering, yes, there are still a dozen fishbowls scattered around the ship. the glowing fish inside them seem perfectly fine. you may all rest easy, or wonder why the hell there are so many fish on this ship in the first place.]

[That- was definitely not what Simon had been expecting. At all. He'd never been mistaken for someone else like that before, and hearing Mal's voice come out of a person who definitely wasn't Mal for a second time was definitely surprising, and so he had to stop and gape for a moment, before swallowing and shaking his head.]

I'm Simon- Simon Tam. I run the infirmary here.

Ah, my mistake then. Seems we got a few dopplegangers about. [He holds his hand out for an introduction.] Cayde-6, Personnel ... whatever that means.

[Simon smiled and took the offered hand, shaking it.]

It has happened before- my colleague Dr. Keller greatly resembles my girlfriend, so it's not a strange concept to me. And it seems as though "personnel" means anything you want it to.

Yeah, there's a guy here that sounds just like me, which is ... kinda freaky. Great guy, though. I'm not dissatisfied.

And hey if Personnel is up to me, then I'm going to institute mandatory poker nights! It'll be good for bonding.

[Simon decided not to mention Mr. Castle's eerie resemblance to Mal. This was strange enough as it is.]

Oh, is that so? It must feel like having a conversation with yourself at times.

[He laughed.]

I've never had much luck at card games, unfortunately- back home if we got very bored, we'd play to shove chores off on each other, and I always ended up getting extra dishes and septic vac duty.

You know, that's not a bad idea! Think we might do a bit of that here. [Smiling wide, looks like you just got yourself some more dish duty? Although hopefully this ship is a little more self-sufficient ...]

Well, now I wish I hadn't opened my mouth. [He laughed.] Not that there are many dishes to do, thanks to the protein, of course.

Yeah, I won't even be adding to them. So, you might not be in so much trouble anyway. [He reaches over to knock his fist gently against Simon's arm congenially. ]

[Simon grinned at the gesture.] Well, that is a relief. Do you not need to eat?
