[We're baaaack! Whether or not you enjoyed your time aboard the Marsiva, there's really no place like space home. With a couple of new features to explore, it's time to mingle the hell out of this ship, comrades.]

[ So, this is the Blue Fish, at last.

...Well, it's no royal palace, that's for certain.

Eager to get his bearings and familiarize himself with the ship, Hans moves about the various rooms, making note of anything peculiar (well, relatively peculiar, anyway) and looking out for familiar and unfamiliar faces.

He will approach anyone with a polite smile, a slight bow, and a friendly greeting.

After all, these are the people he will be living with: good impressions are everything. ]

[OH HEY! SIDEBURNS!!! Sokka sliiides over with a grin, snapping his fingers. ]

Hans! Hey! How're you settling in? Was I right about this being the best ship or was I right?

[ A warm chuckle. Sup, Captain. ]

You certainly were right. I've never had such a warm welcome before.

Well, you better get used to that. No one feels left out here. You meet everyone yet?

I don't believe I have. Aside from yourself, I've only met Mr. Walker, Dr. Crusher, and Zuko.

[ Zuko doesn't get a polite address apparently. ]

Welll, you survived an encounter with Zuko, that's a good start.

[He's joking. Probably. ]

[ A genial laugh. ] He might have been a little prickly, but he's a good fellow. I think we'll get along quite well.

[ It's a tragic prince thing. ]

Wow, really? That's...not most people's first impression of Zuko.

[So tragic, so princely. ]

Is that so? Well, I did grow up with twelve older brothers. I suppose I'm a little practiced at patience at this point.

Twelve older brothers? Wow man, that must have been- ...I'm gonna go with 'confusing and irritating'.

[ He chuckles. ] To say the least. Never a dull moment around the palace, that's for certain.

I can bet. Heck, how did your parents even have time for you all?

[ His smile flickers for the smallest of moments. ]

Oh, you know how parents always manage to pull it off somehow. Do you have any siblings besides the Lady Katara?

[After checking out his ship again, Allen has a chance to settle down at the now bigger kitchen table with a cup of tea as he starts to go through the network. When Hans steps in the room, it doesn't go unnoticed. He looks up and upon seeing the unfamiliar face, he gives a smile]

Ah- hello! Are you Hans?

[ This, evidently, must be the kitchen. That's quite the table, isn't it? The crew must be fan of eating together. Like a family. How sickeningly sweet.

Hans greets Allen with a friendly smile. ]

Yes, I am! The newest member of your crew. And you would be?

[Moving to stand, he offers a gloved hand out for Hans to shake]

Allen Walker, I'm the first mate and one of the lab assistants.

Welcome aboard.

[ It's not his custom, but he still shakes Allen's hand without appearing too out of sorts. ]

A pleasure to make your acquaintance, Mr. Walker. I'm your new communications officer.

Just Allen's fine, really.

[He'll give the hand a polite firm shake, before pulling away]

Ah, so you'll be sharing the job with Katara then. Have you been settling in well?

Allen it is, then. [ He preferred the more formal address himself, but permission to use a less formal one was also good. ]

Well enough. It's still a little hard to get used to...all this. My own world is positively medieval compared with this.

Which world are you from? If you don't mind me asking?

I don't mind at all. It's Earth, as far as I can tell, or at least a variation of it. I'm from a place called the Southern Isles, though others from Earth haven't heard of it before.

[ He hasn't dared ask about Arendelle. ]

Can't say that place comes to mind, but that could be a lot of places- what region of Earth is it in?

Europe, though I doubt it's Europe as you might know it. Our geography seems to be quite unique.

Ah, yes, there's many versions of Earth.

I'm from England myself, in Europe. Or the United Kingdom, rather.

Is that so? We should compare maps sometime. We may be neighbors without even realizing it.
