[The rolling camera grabs her first few moments; waking up, shifting out of bed and looking around her. She gathers herself, pulling on the undersuitting and titanium alloy plating of her power armor. She seems a little peeved that that's all she has to wear, but it's only slightly better than wondering around in her underwear. She tucks the helmet under her arm, and it's at that moment she notices the communication device. She looks at the feed for a moment, then picks it up and pulls it closer to her face.]

Hope you enjoyed the show.

[She'll be exploring the Marsiva while trying to work out what's going on; there are certain flashbacks to her times in space, from both events at the Castle, and back in her own world. Was she back at Paradisa? Just in time for another world change maybe?]

[Truth is she's always peeved about something.]

[ he's known the type before. ] We call 'em Atroma. It's no one you'll run into day-to-day, though.

[She's gotta ask,] No connection with ONI or the UNSC?

Not really sure what either of those stand for, I'm sorry. You gonna be alright?

[She scoffs.] Ch'yeah, I'll be fine. At least there's no blood on the walls here.

whoops, sorry!

[ whoahhh, that gives him pause. ]

Blood on the walls?

[voice] no worries?

[Yeeeeah she's in it for the shock value.]

Yeah, last time I woke up on a ship that was decorated with people's innards. Not the happiest experience so I'm good with the whole -- minimalist hospital vibe they got going here.

[ she definitely succeeded! ]

The rest of the ships on the fleet tend to be a little more welcoming. You should be transferred within a week or so.

[He sees her and he feels a tug at his heart he tries to pretend isn't there. He's known so many people in Paradisa, and countless of them have already passed through the Fleet. Most of them don't remember, and that is to be expected.

But some...some actually hurt when they don't know him, not that he'd ever admit to such a thing. Felix remembered him - as fact for which he is eternally greatful. He doesn't know if he'll be lucky again. He doubts it.

So, it's with his usual idle, sardonic façade that he address her. ]

[Ah, good. She wasn't sure who to expect to see but at least there's one face she isn't too irritated by. She smiles widly and crosses her arms, dangling her helmet from one hand.]

With a body like mine, it'd be a crime not to.

[She hasn't figured out anything's different yet, slipping into a comfortable banter with him.]

I dunno, I might spend it all on my own ship, lots of gold plating, marble accents, distillery in the hangar bay.

[There's a subtle change in his demeanour. His shoulders loosen, his smile becomes more natural, a weight is lifted. She remembers. She remembers. ]

I think I have a good shot at it. There's a dwarf who's planning on running a dive, too. So we'll give something for everyone. We're good like that.

[Oh what, was he worried? ... did he miss her? She smiles a little larger at the thought.]

Oh good, so I'll have somewhere else to go when I find out your place sucks. [Loving banter, of course.]

Yeah man space, I can't seem to get away from it. So, is this like a, Space-Olympics thing again? [She'd been a little more cavalier mentioning the other spacey event she'd been a part of, but she's not about to bring it up to Crowley.]

[Two for two on familiar faces that don't immediately piss her off! So far so good.]

I wouldn't mind if it were you, Ino. [She gives her a little smirk.] So, how ya' been?

[ Oh good, she remembers. That makes things much easier. ]

Space is pretty awful, but nobody's turned into some type of weird animal in the last year or so -- [ She shrugs ] So not bad.

[South lets out an almost explosive sigh.]

I know, right? We stop at different planets and moons and stuff, but there's no world changes or losses or anything, so.

So, like a pleasure cruise sort of thing? [South can't help but raise her brows, hoping a little bit. It would be a nice change after all she'd been through between the Project and the castle.]

Like a pleasure cruise where you apparently get filmed all the time and occasionally another random boat attacks you for no reason.

Yeah I got used to filming in Freelancer. [She shrugs.]

Someone else mentioned getting attacked, but no one's really making a big deal of it?
