I can't find a listing of ships counselors. I know they exist, I just need a list. And I need to know which ones are actually reliable. Personal experience rather than conjecture preferred but not requisite.

Most of the people in that position aren't trained, or do whatever counselors are supposed to do.

So they're pretty useless for what you want them for.

Not really. It's actually one of the most common post-graduate fields where I come from. Maybe it's different in space.
