[The feed kicks in to show the latest arrival at where else? The viewing bay where rather than the empty expanse of space, there's now the view of an ice world within sight. A single figure is standing there with his hand pressed to the glass. He seems to be in a conversation already, even though he appears to be alone. His voice is deeper than what might be expected from such a young looking face.]

Do you think I care about all that? Just look at it. The entire expanse of the universe just waiting for me, as well as an entirely different planet. I always knew one world wouldn't be enough for me. The whole galaxy? Well, that might just do the trick.

[Ling, the docile observer just now, can't be too alarmed to realize Greed has gone from wanting one world to wanting a galaxy. Still... it's far more ambitious than simply one country. And you're content to let your Father go unpunished for what he's done? That's remarkably selfless of you to simply forgive and forget.]

[ her face flushes. from flattery, it appears. but deep down she feels a surging disappointment in the conversation. sansa stark is no stranger to compliments, but all his assertion does is make her angry at its falsehood. beauty is no guarantor -- not of wishes, of delights, or power. ]

What, I have to explain it? [He gives a disappointed sigh.] Well, I suppose if I had to narrow it down... it would be attractive women. That or extremely attractive women. But it's hard to really limit my tastes like that.

Have you met the Lady Nyssa? [ she suspects nyssa would make a perfect candidate for a new favourite: beautiful, statuesque, and charismatic. but sansa knows the lady of nanda parbat can protect herself, and she almost relishes the opportunity to see nyssa put a scoundrel like this in his place. ]

[He knows when someone is trying to distract him, but...

Well, maybe there's something to this Nyssa.]

[ just for a moment, her head stops spinning. one idea threads its way into another, and sansa picks up considerable steam. ]

Oh, yes. Lady Nyssa is incomparable with any other in the fleet. [ and it helps that the man with whom she speaks has not been quiet about what moves him: his desires, his wants, and his appetite for everything. ] Beyond beautiful, she is the daughter of a powerful lord in her lands.

[Now that he laughs at.] What do I care whose daughter she is? This body you're looking at belongs to a prince. If I wanted some measly country to rule, I'd already have it.

[ ugh, princes. but she swallows her unease. ]

She commands armies. [ quick to rebuild nyssa's appeal in the eyes of this stranger. ] And hunts wild game.

[ remarkable things, you see, for such a cultured lady. ]

[Well... that all sounds nice. But not anything particularly unique just yet. She's already a few notches above what he knows about Sansa right now, but that's hardly the point.]

Unless those armies can be called here, she sounds pedestrian so far. She wouldn't happen to have any special abilities, would she?
