angelofthevored: (Light 1)
[personal profile] angelofthevored
Who: Baku ([personal profile] dreamvour) & Castiel ([personal profile] angelofthevored) , and all of the Fleet
Broadcast: N/A
Action: Within dreams
When: Over the span of the next two weeks

[If your character dreams, they may be visited by either Baku or Castiel within the next two weeks. They'd appear suddenly in their dream or, if no dream is available, they might pull up a neutral space for your character to ease into before talking to them.

They're not here to intrude; just to ask permission. Permission to share a memory. If your character has defenses against spiritual/psychic intrusion, they'll take that as a no and leave unless they're responded to.

If you would like your character to just experience the memory (from Castiel's perspective) without threading out the interaction, please feel free to have them acquire this knowledge. If you would like to thread with either Baku or Castiel, please indicate in the subject line if you have a preference.

NEUTRAL SPACES: White Room | Fishing Dock | Bamboo Forest

NOTE: If your character accepts the memory, they will have lingering feelings of dread, much like what people experience upon death revival/tampering with the augment.]

Who: Edwin Jarvis and You!
Broadcast: Fleetwide!
Action: The Melting Pot, or Tourist!
When: Now-ish!

It is certainly that time of the year where I must broadcast the usual Help Wanted sign of sorts... Which is to say, if anyone would like a job in The Melting Pot, do let me know; we can always always use more hands on deck, especially cooks with any sort of capability. Hobbyists will even do, so long as you're not the kind of hobbyist to completely ruin a good meatloaf.

And I do apologize for being so missing in action because of it. I'm currently... woefully without aid here, at the moment. Which is hardly an issue when it's just the bistro in my hands, but I'd rather not slack on my other responsibilities.

[Like cleaning The Tourist to an uncomfortably shiny degree, or making at least two meals a day for the crew, or piloting people to their destinations, or making sure Miss Carter or Mr. Stark are doing well (and feeding them, too, shut up); he needs to be on his a-game!]

The pay is decent, and you're free to eat for free here.

... Like-wise, if you are not interested in a job but you're tired of whatever you're eating, by god, make your way here so I can properly feed you. And by all means, please tell me your favorite dishes; they may very well show up on the menu at some point, if I can get my hands on the ingredients necessary.

[He can be found at The Melting Pot, working everything solo (bless his soul), or he can be found on the SS Tourist, playing catch up by baking bread for the crew and setting out little cookie-like biscuits and a pot of well-heated coffee for whoever would be passing the kitchen table. He's humming a little tune to himself — an old 40's melody, though few other than his own friends would probably recognize it.

Unless you're one for old tunes.]

Who: Armitage Hux and you
Broadcast: No
Action: Aboard the H.S. Marsiva or SS.Bishop
When: Upon arrival and after the shuffle.

A: Aboard the H.S.Marsiva
While dealing with droids was nothing new, he did find it strange the the main ship had no humanoid staff onboard. Everything seemed reliant on droids and computers. Hux did note that it was very sterile. It was clear that this was only meant to be a temporary station. He knew that many wouldn't take kindly to lack of personal to greet them and answer their many questions. It didn't bother him.

Not wanting to really interact with the few guests that were there with him, he turned to stare out the windows. He stood in military stance as if he were standing in front of his own view port. He still wore his uniform and great coat, the only thing he had from home. The stars were so different here. None of the constellations he recognized were there. He idly wondered where they were. Were they just wandering aimlessly through the galaxy collecting people for entertainment? Or was there an goal? How did this even start?

He hated waiting to be assigned to his new post. He also hated the fact that he would no longer be a general or that this wasn't a military setting. He only hoped his new job would keep him occupied.

B: Aboard the S.S. Bishop

Upon arrival to his new station, Hux made it his job to understand the ship's layout. While he was no longer a general or was with the First Order, he proceeded to wear his uniform and great coat. It was the only thing he had from home and he worked hard to earn that uniform and title. He wasn't about to give it up.

He easily noted it was nothing like his old ship the Finalizer. However, it wasn't horrible. It was well outfitted with everything necessary. A very basic ship. Yet...it didn't have his tea. Hux would have to place a complaint about this and see if they could even acquire it. He had to substitute his daily in take of tea their version of caff. It made him, more irritable then normal. There were a few other minor complaints...but those he felt were minor and he could adjust to them. It was the growing pains of having to readjust to a lesser rank. He continued to prowl around the ship taking account of everything that he could see and had access to.

Hux then made his way to the engine room where he set to work. He wanted to find the files and records of what had been done and what needed to be done.

C: Wild Card

Your choice of where you would like to run into Hux. It can be on either ship or another location entirely.
