Who: Luke Skywalker
Action: Planetside;
When: December 27th
[He's spent three days lurking on the Marsiva, acquainting himself with the network, with the chatter and the confusion, learning all he can, hiding himself away from anyone else on there. Foolish, perhaps, when the others on here are likely fellow captives-- but better to be too cautious right now than too reckless. Better to assume he has no allies than bank on the wrong people.
There's been no word on the network on Leia or Han, but it would be too much to expect a neon sign pointing towards his friends. It might be too much to expect they're here at all, but he won't give up hope til the Fleet outright leaves this system.
But so: it's long past time to end this charade. The Marsiva has given him all it can, and now it's time to begin making himself known. Luke walks openly along the streets of the planet, unassuming and barely noticeable. With all the training he's had, he has little to fear-- but still, his face is drawn. Occasionally he'll speak to this person or that, asking a few questions-- but moving, always moving, quite clearly intent on finding something.
Someone. There are Force-sensitive people here, probing gently at the edges of his mind; he doesn't know who or why, but he's intent on finding them.
Even beyond them, though, he's asking questions-- mostly of people who look like they don't belong, who might be fellow Fleeters. Questions about their world, their homes, their experiences here.]

[The very least he can do is to keep Anakin away from Han, to intervene on his behalf until neither man has to interact with the other.
Anyway.]
Have you been assigned to a ship yet?
no subject
Some piece of junk called the Huntress.
[ han has not yet been on the ship, but he is positive it is a piece of junk, because it's not the falcon. ]
I'm a pilot. Apparently. No co-pilot, either.
[ chewbacca, too, is still missing. ]

At least you get something important. I'm . . . I don't even know what it means, personnel support-- I suppose I'm supposed to comfort everybody. Think they'll argue if I try and be your co-pilot?
no subject
You're supposed to comfort everybody?
[ who the fuck gave luke that job ]
Seriously?
{ han doesn't bother answering the question of whether or not he can co-pilot ,because obviously luke can -- and who gives a shit if someone argues. ]
no subject
I could do a decent job!
[Teasing, and it's stupid, with so much hanging over their head-- but it feels good to joke about something that doesn't matter.]
no subject
[ informatively, with a huff, and han crosses his arms over his chest. ]
Not fair when you can feel out what people are feeling, kid. Aren't you supposed to let people come to terms with it or something?
{ because han solo is the bastion of emotional stability ]
no subject
[Though he can't exactly turn that bit of him off-- it's like reading expressions, you just know.]
Are you going to take the Huntress on a run, see how bad she does against the Falcon?
no subject
She's not gonna compare.
[ sullenly. he misses his ship. :c ]
A lot of these ships don't even have weaponry, none of them have warp drives, there's no droids or repair teams, and I've probably got a bunch of people on board who've never experienced space before this stupid adventure.
[ grumpy grump grumps ]

[Teasing! But it is good they have Han-- it's good that he's here, that they have him on their side. Luke knows a fair bit about ships, but not half so much as Han-- if they're to engineer an escape, it'll be good to have someone who knows how to install a warp drive.]
If you need a second pair of hands once you start tearing her apart . . .

[ it's automatic, but han pauses for a moment. ]
But Chewie's decided to go on a vacation, so I'll need a spare set of hands eventually.
